El ruido en el patio de luces que producen los inquilinos sigue, sin que nadie haga nada por solucionar esto. Es una verguenza que una empresa de este tipo irrumpa en los barrios y no respete ciertas normas básicas de zonas comunitarias. Ya tienen conocimiento de lo que pasa desde hace dos años y siguen sin hacer nada.

Great service and easy process.
The call I had was with Inigo, very helpfull guy and was always available. He was very helpful with the process and helped me find the right place. The registration process was also very easy. Everything was done online and it took less than an hour.

Logement agréable, gestion des problèmes inacceptable
L’endroit et la convivialité avec les autres colocataires sont très bien. En revanche, dès que l’on dépend de Cohabs pour le moindre problème, le service devient catastrophique.
Cela fait maintenant 7 jours que nous n’avons plus d’eau chaude dans la maison. Depuis, Cohabs ne fait qu’envoyer des personnes sans les compétences nécessaires pour réparer le problème. À chaque intervention, il manque une nouvelle pièce qu’il faut commander, puis revenir le lendemain, sans aucune solution concrète.
Cela donne vraiment l’impression d’un manque d’efforts et d’une volonté d’économiser au maximum. Le plombier lui-même a expliqué qu’il pouvait réparer le problème immédiatement, mais qu’il ne le faisait pas parce que Cohabs ne voulait pas “perdre la garantie”. Résultat : 21 personnes se retrouvent sans eau chaude, en plein hiver belge.

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager ton expérience, même quand c'est difficile à entendre, ca nous aide à nous améliorer.
Ces 9 jours sans eau chaude en janvier n'auraient pas dû durer aussi longtemps.
Même si un technicien est intervenu pratiquement chaque jour depuis que le problème nous avait été remonté, nous n'avions pas d'autres choix que de proposer des solutions provisoires le temps de fixer la situation plus complexe qu'elle n'y paraissait.
En tout cas, nous aurions pu mieux communiquer sur l'avancement des interventions afin que vous ayez les bonnes informations. Notre équipe a depuis renforcé son suivi sur ce type d'intervention technique.

Bad quality - price relation
The DC house was not a good experience for me. It is over priced for the service received. For example, It was mentioned that we would receive coffee and monthly breakfast as part of our rent. I stayed 3 months, the breakfast came only once and we were always on a shortage of coffee. The app doesn’t work well and the company was always reclaiming extra payments due to technical issues that were never fixed. It’s taken me over 3 weeks to get reimbursed for an extra payment I did due to their app, and it is still not fixed. I would not recommend cohabs unless you need temporary accommodation and have low expectations.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear your stay in Washington, D.C. didn't live up to what we promised.
Regarding breakfast and coffee, we want to be transparent here. Our team records show that monthly breakfasts were delivered to the house on September 14th, October 12th, November 9th, and December 14th, covering your full stay, with coffee included in each delivery. But we understand that the on-the-ground experience may not always have felt that way, and if the coffee ran out before month-end, that's worth looking into :)
On the payment side, we understand your frustration. The display issue in the app and lobby is a known bug that was flagged to our tech team, and they have worked on it to prevent it from happening again. We're glad the extra payment was reimbursed, but we know the delay and the lack of a fix made this a recurring headache, and we're sorry for that.
Your deposit was also returned within two weeks of your move-out, though we did miss a remaining balance in that first transfer, an oversight we've since corrected.
We're genuinely working to fix the underlying tech issues so that no future members have to go through the same friction. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out at community@cohabs.com.

I’m about to move into a cohab with…
I’m about to move into a cohab with Coabs and so far the experience has been really great. They supported me throughout the whole process of finding the right place. My contact, Matthieu, was super helpful: he sent me plenty of options until I found the perfect one and even accompanied me to visit several houses. The whole process was smooth and straightforward thanks his support. So far, I’m really satisfied!
