Waited on support for over 48 hours for a simple issue, no response whatsoever. Couldn’t even get a redemption request in due to the issue that they for some reason couldn’t fix.

Would definitely not recommend this casino if you are trying to put money in and take it out, they won’t let you. Beware!

My CoinFrenzy account is stuck at 1 SC redeemable, even though I have played through around $200 across multiple games.

My balance continues to show only $1 redeemable, even after significant gameplay. I contacted support, but I have not received a helpful reply or resolution.

I would be happy to update this review if CoinFrenzy reviews my account, explains the issue, and corrects the redeemable balance if their system is wrong. Until then, I cannot recommend CoinFrenzy.

Straightforward sign up process and user friendly website UI. The 3x playthrough for the bonus package is so easy to run through and still be able to redeem. Definitely worth checking out!

Signed up for this site yesterday. They have great welcome packages. I didn’t buy a package however my experience with their live chat customer service today was great. I talked to Samantha brooks telling her I wanted to self exclude because I’m a compulsive gambler and really shouldn’t be gambling. She instantly banned me from the site was very nice and even directed me to helpful services. This seems like a very good site for those fortunate enough to gamble responsibly.

I’ve played games on many site providers and RTP seems similar except for coin frenzy…. It just teased bonus games for basically hundreds of spins for 1500+ dollars and then allowed the guaranteed bonus that accumulated to give back 49 dollars legit scam

GARBAGE. old boring games that pay very little and take forever to reach a bonus. i know damn well these good reviews are fake because no one is playing here more than once.

What started off and appeared to be a promising site, Coinfrenzy has quickly taken a wrong turn. The absolute worst mistake was letting Lucky Ace, somehow become the "face" of the company. I honestly started off liking the guy, but quickly saw his true colors after watching just a few of his streams. He is one of the most arrogant and egotistical people I've ever watched do anything. He will promise this and that and never deliver. If you "win" one of his random giveaways he does, you better hope he's in a good mood. If he is, then there's no issues. If not, he'll forget about it completely, and then when asked about(in the most polite way) he gets defensive, angry and acts like you're the biggest inconvenience ever. He promises to give back to his supporters that use his code to join the site and refer others, but in reality he only cares about how much you'll lose, just so he can get a kickback. I asked about incentives for referring several people using his code and he straight up laughed out loud, on stream and literally said "what am I supposed to do with that" because I couldn't guarantee that they'd deposit, and then hopefully lose thousands, so he can get a percentage of that. Not to mention he's absolutely cracked out every time I watch him on stream. He gets randomly angry out of nowhere, goes on benders of losing and then wins a bit back, but then goes all in on a blackjack hand immediately and loses everything, which makes him even angrier and eventually end his stream. He doesn't care about his supports or the site. Just what they can do for him. If this site has any plans on succeeding, the first step is to drop all affiliation with LuckyAce completely. If not, mark my words, he will single handedly be the demise of what has potential to be a great casino platform. As long as his name is apart of it, I have zero plans to ever come back.
