Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Leeanne was wonderful. I was a bit nervous going into this as I’m a bit body conscious but was made to feel so comfortable. The time flu by. Leeanne was very welcoming and chatty which helped with the nerves. My shoulder felt better straight away and the next day at work was pain free. I’ve booked in again and will continue to do so until I can move like my 30 year old self again. Thank you

Managed a comp following a back injury!
I had a massage with Claire for a back injury. I was due to take part in a comp the following Sunday (this was the Wednesday!), and was about to pull out. Claire was amazing! She knew exactly which areas were actually affecting my back and went to town 😂
She then went through some after care stretches, when to lightly train, how to fuel my recovery and because of this, I competed!! No back pain and some amazing tips to help me prevent it from happening again. Would recommend to absolutely everyone, for injuries but most importantly maintenance and injury prevention.

Very impressed and found instant results!
It was my first sports massage, and Leeanne was absolutely fantastic. She really worked into my shoulder and released a lot of tight knots. Within just a couple of days, I noticed a significant improvement in flexibility, and movements that used to feel strained were much smoother.
Highly recommend to everyone—especially if you’re active or dealing with tension!
