There was a very prompt response to get our boiler serviced, although we were told it would be the morning and the engineer came in the afternoon. The engineer was very pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend Colco.

Excellent Air Source Heat Pump Service
We had a few problems with our Air Source Heat Pump installation and Colco were very quick to respond to resolve the problems and to provide advice on troubleshooting, setup and configuration. Their engineer John is extremely helpful and no question is too difficult, if he doesn't know the answer then he will find out quickly. Overall, Colco provide great support, are easy to communicate with, and we have confidence that we have the backup we need when any issues arise.

Prompt friendly attention to have heating and water turned on in a house. Excellent service from David arranging keys to be dropped back to me, Glen the plumber for calling me to check timings to leave the heating set on.
Highly recommend Colco used service several times always great and reliable and clean tidy plumbers with a smile!

A refreshingly professional and able commercial and domestic plumbing service for our rural area. We have used many local plumbing firms, as a commercial premises, over many years in business. Colco as always are fab. Responsive to my needs, very pleasant and professional to deal with and they get the issue sorted. We had an issue with our campervan shower which was a bit of an unusual request for them but they were happy to give it a go and fixed our problem. Highly recommend

Air Source Heat Pump Issue
These guys were excellent for the get go. Setting up the service visit was straightforward. Communication was good. When the couldn't make it as planned I was informed in advance. They came the very next day. Very professional and knowledgable about my issue. Stayed until they had fixed the problem and tested the equipment. Even found another issue that was not part of the original problem but had been clearly(even to me) causing a problem in the background. Thoroughly pleasant and respectful throughout. Great guys. If you have an Air Source Heat Pump and UFH in Perthshire, get these guys to look after it, they are are very good.

My go-to plumbing company
Coldest day of the year, a panicked phone call from me to Colco that the boiler has shut down, and thankfully John was working a short distance away and was here 20 minutes later. Boiler repaired and we’re toasty. Colco is my go-to plumbing company. Never had a problem. Highly recommend them.

A Job Well Done
We had an unvented water tank installed. From the initial quote from John, to the 2 plumbing engineers Finn and Lennie the whole experience has been excellent. The removal of the old tanks, to the installation of the new unvented tank was carried out professionally and without any dramas! F & L were sensitive to the owners being around .Overall we are delighted with the job. Thanks also to David, the Office Manager, who was most helpful.
