Great service. I've had over 25 successful gold sale transactions with no issues. Only minor complaint is the time frame of transactions tend to be a little longer than advertised.

Great way to sell silver! The site wasn't initially intuitive however the chat function made it easy to find the right place to sell my coins. The process was easy with step by step procedures and excellent communication throughout the transaction.

I'm relatively new to selling precious metals, but I'm glad I found Pure because they offer great liquidity which leads to competive bids and asks relative to spot pricing, their fees are low, and they are responsive to questions if you have them along the way. The packaging instructions were a little confusing at first, but now I feel like a pro. I feel like Pure offers me a level of security and transparency which is important when dealing with high value items.

I want to keep this company private and to myself, but the amount they offer compared to other companies such as Pinehurst, or the amount of fees they take compared to ebay, is just amazing and it wouldn't be fair for me to keep that from others who are accepting 10-30% less for their coins, silver, gold etc than they could be getting through CollectPure. My only gripe is their shipping instructions and shipping form names are quite confusing.

I made a purchase through the Pure marketplace recently. They were the only place that had the item i was looking for , at a reasonable price as well. After reading some reviews I decided to give collect pure a chance. I am glad I did. Overall it was a smooth process. I had a couple questions along the way and the communication was great. I've sold almost two hundred thousand dollars worth of precious metals to Pure over the last four months and have been extremely happy with the experience. Their pricing is usually right at spot price or slightly above depending on the product, and even with their small fee they still pay more than all of my local gold dealers.

On top of that, they never pull the "oh we need to write you a postdated check" kind of shenanigans that local gold dealers do nor do they ever complain about having "too much of a certain bar".

The packaging instructions are dead simple and can all be done with free supplies from your local Fedex. From my experience, the turnaround time is typically seven to ten days from the time I mail my package to the day the money lands in my account.

The team is extremely responsive even on nights weekends and I have complete trust in them and look forward to selling even more precious metals to them in the future.
