Do not use colocrossing, these scammers terminate 25 dedicated servers of mine without valid explanation and my two accounts with them are closed without backup. Their ladyboy named Ernie is full of scammer, took too much money from us without giving us services. We suggest avoid colocrossing at all costs.

I had a great customer service experience setting my server up with a great rate. I will set up the server and update the team after a few months. George and Sam were my representative and they are rockstars

These people are garbage for cloud hosting. VPS was down for 13 hours and 26 minutes, with a total of of about 23 hours down time in a couple months Dallas location. Support sends one sentence responses not even a sorry or anything or explaining what happend and what's being done to correct the issues just simply "check now" as the ticket responses. I wouldn't trust these people with a production environment at least on the cloud service.

After 15 years with ColoCrossing I felt it's time to write a review of them, they've more than earned one. We've relied on their infrastructure since 2010, and they've consistently delivered.

The uptime has been remarkable, I honestly can't remember the last time we had an outage that wasn't scheduled maintenance or an issue on our networking side. For a business that depends on 24/7 availability, that kind of reliability is invaluable.

Their support team stands out in an industry where ticket responses can range drastically from hours to days. We regularly get responses within 5-10 minutes, even for non-emergency requests. More importantly, the techs actually know what they're doing. These are people understand server infrastructure and can resolve issues efficiently with out a bunch of back and forth or escalations.

Fifteen years is a long time in the hosting world. We've watched competitors cut corners, let service quality slide, or simply go out of business. ColoCrossing has remained consistent throughout. That's why we're still with them and have no plans to look elsewhere.

mass email phishing servers senders beware

I opened a ticket with them because the IP they gave me for my VPS was on the blacklist. First they were helpful, but after a few hours then kept sending me over to the "Sales/Billing" department. For two days in a row. Either they are support spam farms or just dont care. I dont know.

Their users are constantly sending spam and phishing scams. Their abuse and support department never respond or stop the abuse on their network

They acquired servers from a prior host and the server had multiple failures and multi day outages. Their answer was to compensate for $25. They changed the motherboard and their system still failed again a second time leading to multi day outages the second time. They cost significant financial damage as their IP addresses are blacklisted constantly and they don't do anything about it. Just recently their drives had an issue which damaged a virtual machine and caused the partition to be lost and unrecoverable had to create an entirely new mail system from scratch which cost $500 so I've already lost thousands just being here of course they're not going compensated anyway one of the sales managers is a prior owner of a Hosting company that scammed vendors out of thousands of dollars and shut down without warning, leaving hundreds of customers out of business and unable to migrate their data

Ernie did an excellent job helping us from start to finish — from allocating IP addresses to resolving email rate-limiting issues. He was professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth. Truly great service, highly recommend!

They had my servers deployed within the same day and their control panel has been super easy to monitor my services

Had 2 servers with them, started ok but then they got hacked, its been awful since. Never again

This host clients HostPapa have been sending us up to now 90 SPAM email - all reports to colocrossing remain unanswered to date.

I am not super technical, but their team made it easy to get the right hardware for my site. No wasted resources, just solid performance.
