DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I placed my order on 02/28/24 after receiving no shipping information I emailed only to be told the item is delayed. No further communication until I emailed again item once again delayed. Long story short I requested a refund as of this post no refund..and to make matters worse I received an email from June who advised my refund was issued on 3/12/24 and should be received in 3 to 5 business days. STILL NO REFUND..THIS IS A VERY POOR AND BAD WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. Run do not give them free money....awful

No communication at all. I placed my order on July 29th and it has not been processed. I emailed, called and sent a text message. I have filed a complaint with PayPal, hopefully I will get my money back. I have wasted two weeks waiting on this quilt, such a poor and irresponsible way to run a business.

I ordered 7/13/21. The money cleared PayPal on 7/15. I heard nothing. On 8/9, I called and left a voice mail. On 8/10 I called and left a voice mail. On 8/11 I filed a dispute of the charge with PayPal. THEN I heard from them. Was told it would hopefully ship to me by the end of the next week. It did not. I requested a refund and was refunded on 8/23. Of note, that is 6 weeks from the date the order was placed. They did not have the item in stock when I ordered and thus misrepresented the availability. So much is wrong with this transaction. I do not recommend this shop.

I have made 2 ordered earlier this month & they took the money right away. I have emailed them twice, called them just as many if not more to try to talk to a person & no answer not even a robo voice at all. I have the invoice for both my items BUT they refuse to tell me if they are even shipped out I'm trying to find out what the hell is going on?? You have no prob taking our money but can't take the time to talk to those who are helping to keep you in business??? Poor business ethics if you ask me, of course you haven't but as a PAYING customer we do deserve some respect as to know were going to get the products we have paid with OUR own money to be shipped to us & even notified about too. This review will change if & when I get my orders! Pandemic or no pandemic, if others can get their stuff sent out & on time, when they are a far bigger company, then a littler company should have no problem with that at all. I ordered what I did from you as the bigger company messed up my order twice on trying to get the same 2 products I'm ordering from you. You even sent me an email to confirm AFTER you took my order, so why do I have to confirm something your company has already took my money?? My order status even still says still awaiting status!!! WTH? I was even recommended to go through you to get what I want as its in the USA & not having to go through the UK as it would cost me 3 times the cost to get it as buying it here in the USA! You all even have a great BBB report but keep this up that will change as I know I'm NOT the only customer your doing this too! if you can't full fill my order then tell me & refund me my money. I ordered damn near $65.00 worth of stuff.

My entire experience with Colorful Impressions was perfect! My item was shipped promptly and arrived exactly as described.

Works great. reasonably priced.

I haven’t received my order yet. And no word from the company, recently, when it might arrive. I hope it is only delayed due to the pandemic. A staff member did get back fo me right away when I asked for some help placing the order, though. Ask me again, later, to rate the provider, once the package is delivered.

You took way too long to send my bobbin winder. I still don't have it, but at least it is finally on its way.
