Excellent service and a superb product. Printing and framing were first class. The staff are friendly, efficient and above all listen to, and respond to you individual requirements. I look forward to using Colorworld in the future.

I still don't know if my order has been sent to print, let alone sent to my client. I had one email from Colourworld over a fortnight ago with the email subject line "", and now a request for stars on Trustpilot. I had to call the lab to make payment myself as there was no option to pay using credit or debit card when playing the order (only payment on account). I shouldn't have to chase everything. And seriously, where are the prints?

Used this company for years. Never let me down always a good service

I selected Colorworld Imaging to produce the three free Fuji paper prints via the Fuji offer. The upload of images was easy. The quality of the prints was as good as similar prints from other companies I have used. There was a problem in that the webpage did not reject the Fuji offer code and I was charged full price for the prints. A call to their billing department resolved this and they reissued the invoice for the correct amount. Based on my limited experience I can recommend Colorworld Imaging for producing quality prints.

I'm always given quick results from ordering and quality is always priority.
I find the online ordering service easy to navigate, there is nowhere else I'd go for my prints!

Products are great, but communication isn't, the website is clunky and you can't see orders again once placed, and the steep 150% increase in postage between standard prints and matted is just too much to swallow.

I cannot speak highly enough of Colourworld Imaging. Everything they do from assistance to the superb quality of their photographs are superb. I would highly recommend this Colourworld Imaging to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

A Chromaluxe Panel order arrived today for a client. The production and delivery time was amazing as always. Also the customer service from John & Karen is excellent and the communication through the process from time of order to delivery was faultless. I also like the easy to use online ordering system that is now in place. Simple to use. I have been meaning to order Chromaluxe Panels for images for my Gallery but with Lockdown it slowed this down but now looking at what images I want to order as a set of Limited Edition Chromaluzxe Panels. Just love this product and the service from Colorworld Imaging... Thanks again for being fab.....
