Disappointing… I bought the kit for my 18-year-old daughter who was extremely excited when she opened it up, but as she started painting, the red numbers on the canvas kept showing through the light-colored paint no matter how much she layered it on. They will not take a return for a canvas that has been partially painted, even though it is defective. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I am obsessed with these beautiful paint kits! I have purchased 6, thinking I might gift some. But no! I can’t part with any of them. I have bought them all mounted on the wooden frames. Also important is how lovely their Customer Service people are. Colourmost brings me joy!

Company claims free worldwide shipping which is a lie. Ordered a paint by numbers that came from China. It Took a month to arrive. I Received one single shipping update and had to figure out how to track the package. I finally saw it was at a local post office for pick up. When I made it to the post office, USPS stated it was undeliverable because the company used fake postage and I owed an additional $14 in shipping. I refused the package since I already had spent $65 on this paint by numbers. I asked the company for a refund and their advice was to pay the post office the shipping and they would see about refunding me the postage. That is a racket. I refuse to pay more money for a company that attempts to cut corners.

When I had issues with deliveries, they not only replied immediately; they sent out a complete replacement of my entire order asap.

To me, this is the perfect example of excellence in customer service! I applaud their decisions and am so excited to begin my life as an artist. Lol.

Give them a try if you are looking for a summer project. I am! What a simply amazing experience.

Loved paint by number as a kid and the adult version is even better! I’ve already done 2 and looking forward to more. I get lost in it and the hours feel like minutes. Plus it looks like I’m actually talented at the end lol shipping does take a little longer than I’d like but they’re worth the wait.

I had ordered 3 and I am very happy with my purchase. Very nice designs. The canvas is very nice quality. The paint is very vibrant and excellent quality. The quantity of paint that you receive is also great, you do not run out of the colours.

I think these are the prettiest designs. I've thoroughly enjoyed painting these. Very tranquil. No experience needed.

I love my Colourmost paint by number. I just finished it and hung it up today. I can't wait for my friends to see it hanging as they come to my front door. I do wish there were a printout of the non painted picture. I'd suggest taking a photo before you start painting. The paint quality was very good and I had plenty of paint. Love all the bright colors in co great to the dark ones.

I ordered my set in mid March. I received the paints and nothing else. They said that they would resend the product. Still have not received. Multiple emails asking for a refund and they keep dropping the price each time asking to reship it. I don’t know how else to say it to get my refund. It is now June.

Never received product. Delivery tracking through UniUni cited "failed delivery wrong address" even though my address IS correct. "Delivery attempted" three times (we were home all 3 "attempts" and no one attempted to deliver anything) and there was no way to reach their company - online help ticket submission failed, US phone numbers to customer service did not work, and no response to emails. Colourmost responded ONE time to my email about this issue, saying to track via USPS. The tracking number was not valid and no package could be found through USPS. Colourmost stopped responding after their initial email so I have not received my package or been issued a refund.

Amazing product! Quality materials and now have a favourite mindfulness hobby - a perfect way to relax in the evenings / holidays after a stressful time at work! Now on my wall. My friends thought it was a professionally painted picture! Such lovely picture options not found anywhere else.

I was pretty happy with the art - the paints were a bit see-through but I don't expect super high quality paints with a kit so that was okay. What wasn't okay was the frame was a full .25" too narrow for the work. I had to stretch is ridiculously to try to jam it into the frame but it was so tight I couldn't even put the ends on the frame. When I asked for a refund they told me in various emails that I should "gift it to a friend" (?!) and then they finally offered me a 30% refund. I offered to send a second project that I hadn't started back to them but they said it would take too long and I would have to pay too much for shipping (it came direct from China to the US). So now I'm stuck needing to pay a framer to frame it. Essentially they sold me something that doesn't work as advertised and refused to make it right.

Just finished my 1st pbn from Colour most and although I ran out of a couple of colours I ended up mixing old paints to finish my picture. Lots of beautiful pbns to choose from.:)

This company really stands out to me. I thought I would share my experience so others can get an idea of what to expect. ColourMost kits are the only kits that continue to meet (exceed) my expectations. I first came across a ColourMost advertisement on Facebook a few months ago and ordered 3 kits as Christmas gifts to myself, ha! While most PBN kit companies offer the same old worn out scenes to paint ColourMost offers series with subjects and colors that tie into each other. I love that!

I received another PBN kit from a friend as a Christmas gift, but it wasn't from ColourMost. Having already completed the 3 ColourMost kits I bought, this week I started on the other PBN kit that my friend gave me. I didn't expect there to be a big difference, to be honest. I was wrong. The ColourMost kits had arrived in better condition (rolled without bent areas in the canvas). No big deal, I pulled out my ironing board and ironed it back flat...just one extra step, right? Wrong.

After I began painting, I realized that the paints were not the same colors pictured on the color chart insert. My blue sky ended up green when it wasn't supposed to be. 😭 No big deal, I thought. I pulled out the leftover paints I had saved from the 3 ColourMost kits to fix the color palette. I have a degree in art (interior design), so I expected to be able to mix up the correct colors with ease. Wrong again. 😭

I have since had to order empty PBN paint containers from Amazon to create the correct color pallet because it has taken me several attempts to re-create the pallett. I am so frustrated with having to spend time to get the canvas AND paints up to par just so I can start painting.

The ColourMost kits did not require this pre-work!!! I began painting within 5 mins of opening the ColourMost kits. Plus, with ColourMost, the canvas was muuuch better quality and was shipped well protected, without bends. Another positive was that my ColourMost paints were ALL the exact same colors shows on the paint color insert. I didn't have to correct their pallette!! And the paints all arrived in the perfect consistency; not only did they glide on with ease, but they were opaque enough actually cover the numbers using just one coat.

All 3 of my ColourMost PBN kits were top quality experiences. I will be sticking with ColourMost from now own. I appreciate y'all for making such great quality products! 😘

I received two of the Yellowstone Series paint by numbers for Christmas and have really enjoyed painting them! You are able to purchase extra paint if you need, but I was able to complete the paint by numbers with the set of paint provided. It never hurts to have extra just in case! The kits were exactly what I was expecting and look just like the photos. If you are thinking about purchasing: don’t hesitate! They are such a fun time. 🥰

I think doing paint by number is relaxing. colourmost has great canvases to choose from. I really like the light coloring on the canvas, it helps distinguish the areas to paint. I look forward to doing more.

In a world of bad news and angst, these paint by numbers kits are a welcome reprieve! I had so much fun with my first painting; I forgot to eat, drink, or worry about anything at all. It truly is therapeutic and the prints are vibrant, creative and challenging. I feel like a kid again.

Colourmost was my first ever paint by number. It was a great experience and I will definitely do more! The colors are AMAZING!!!

Had a wonderful experience with my first colourmost canvas landscape . I was very pleased that the numbers were stamped so clearly as in the past for had some difficulty with that. I found myself getting carried away . Loved the bright colors and vintage feel. Looking forward to doing more to furnish my home and liven up some of my living spaces. Very relaxing and rewarding to see it come together.
