Unimpressed

Too high price considering the low quality and thin paper, the colouring book is flimsy, maybe they should release as a hardback and A5 not A4. I purchased as a gift but feel this won't be used. I nearly apologised after gifting.

I'm very sorry you were unimpressed. The paper is 120gsm FSC certified as listed on our product pages and FAQs. This is good standard for a colouring book.

I hope the gift was well received in the end.

We do accpet returns and offer refunds for any reason whatsoever also, so that would have been an option too.

If the gift didn't go down well, please feel free to start a return with us and we'll be happy to refund you.

The pages are A4 size which means you…

The pages are A4 size which means you need large tipped pencils to colour them in, would be far better if it was A5. Also, the book it quite thin and expensive for what it is. You can buy better size books with more pages for a couple of pounds elsewhere, so it's a lot of money just to have pictures of your own area.

Hi Tony,

Thank you for your feedback. All of our books at the moment are A4.

We are a small batch, independent, family run publisher. We print everything in the UK on FSC certfied paper.

As we create colouring books of often quite small areas, the print runs can be quite low and this is partly what drives the cost of the books. In some cases it's a choice between an area having a colouring book, or not having one at all.

Arrived bent and damaged

Arrived bent and damaged. Emailed them no response so means someone isn't getting a Xmas present on the 25th. Shameful really. Also for the price it's very flimsy and not many pages. Rubbish

We're so sorry to hear that the book arrived damaged. Unfortunately the postal service doesn't always treat our orders as we'd like them.

We do however always take responsility for it and will always either replace or refund as you wish.

We try to be extremely clear on every product page exactly how many pages are in each book. I'm sorry it wasn't what you were expecting.

We haven't seen an email from you, otherwise it would have been dealt with. Please feel free to contact us at hello@colouryourstreets.co.uk and we will make it right.

Apologies for the slow response, but Trust Piliot is not our main reviews platform and as a result was not being monitored.

You can find 100s of reviws for our products on our website and the platform we do use.

Excellent customer service

The books were not really what I thought they would be, so I requested a refund. They were sent back yesterday and I received my refund today. Brilliant customer service. Can’t ask for more than that!

Poor quality cheap looking book

Poor quality cheap looking book, very basic drawings, very thin, disappointed, also arrived damaged, ripoff for the high price, let’s see what the returns process is like…

They won't reply to emails or refund if dissatisfied

I didn't think the book was great, so I wanted to return it. They insist that you email them first, before the refund is "agreed", but they do not reply to emails nor do they respond to messages left via their website "contact us" page. So, after 5 ignored attempts, I returned the book anyway (so that I met their 30 day deadline) but they failed to refund me or to respond to further attempts to correspond.

I promise we do respond to every email that we receive. I don't belive we've had an email from you about your return?

We ask customers to email us first so we can issue a return label which allows our wareouse to process the return.

Please will you email hello@colouryourstreets.co.uk (again maybe) so I can find your order and help with the refund (and look into the missing emails issue), even though it's long past the pruchase date.

We always make good on a return or any problem.

We don't monitor Trust Pilot because it's not our main reviews platform, hence only just seeing this message recently.
