Bought two hats over a week ago and they haven't shipped them! I tried canceling the order and they told me I couldn't do that because it wasn't within 15 minutes of the order being placed. That was 4 days ago and nothing has been done since. Do not buy from them as it's ridiculous.

I had high expectations for Combat Iron Apparel, but the experience fell short.
Communication is extremely poor. Multiple emails went unanswered, and there was no meaningful follow-up or support when trying to resolve a basic issue. That level of unresponsiveness makes it difficult to trust the company.
As for the product, the “woobie” was a major disappointment. The original design is a proven, functional piece of gear, but this version feels like a downgrade. The quality and construction don’t match the reputation or the name—it comes across as a low-grade blanket rather than something built to the standard people expect.
Between the lack of customer service and the drop in product quality, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them.

Well I ordered a pair of joggers on March 2 and after 3 delays I contacted customer service by email, because they don't have a phone number. They sent me the link to my order which I already had but never gave me a reason why the delay. The last update said March 13 and well as expected no package. And no updated delivery date. Georgia to Pennsylvania should take 3 to 5 days tops. Their website says they ship through usps or ups, but somehow amazon is involved. A refund has been requested however after reading some other reviews I feel as if I will never see it. As a veteran I like to support other veterans, but I will never support this company ever again.

Extremely disappointed with the deceptive practices here. I waited months for the Little Pecker Club Snapback to come back in stock. On January 22nd, I finally received the "back in stock" email and placed my order immediately.
By January 29th, I received a notification that a shipping label had been created. I thought it was finally on its way, but the tracking never moved past "Label Created." After waiting in silence for weeks, I reached out on February 18th only to be told that the item is—yet again—out of stock.
It is clear they are generating shipping labels for inventory they don't actually have on hand to make it look like they’ve fulfilled the order. This is incredibly misleading. I’ve now spent months waiting for nothing and am having to be refunded instead of the receiving the replacement items they keep trying to push. Save your time and money; their inventory management and shipping updates cannot be trusted.

Purchased a shirt at the Arnold from their booth. The person put what I thought was the shirt I picked into a bag but when I got home the next day I found out that they picked the wrong shirt. The shirt they picked had a disgusting phrase that I won't retype here. I reached out to customer service but they will not replace the shirt.
Terrible experience
Ordered a shirt and 2 morale patches. After 3 plus weeks of waiting I reached out to their customer service and was informed the shirt that I ordered was out of stock. They offered 2 options - Replace with a similar item or store credit. I informed them that I was already not happy with the shipping delay and would rather be refunded. They replied that they were talking to management and would get back to me. I really liked the shirt and wanted to support a veteran owned business so I told them if they had a different size I would accept that and gift to a friend. The next message was auto generated that they refunded the shirt. The patches took a month to arrive. Terrible experience and from what I've seen on the web including claims on the Better Business Bureau they have a lot of issues. Buyer beware.

Does an actual person even work at this company? They have the shorts I ordered as well as the money I used to purchase said shorts. Can’t get anywhere trying to contact them. How sad, it’s not even about the money. It’s the fact they can do whatever they want to their customers and get away with it. Stealing. Unfortunately I’m reading all the horrible reviews after the fact it happened to me.

Company claims to have 100% satisfaction guarantee, however when you notify them of a defective product they totally blow you off. Horrible customer service.
No customer service
I ordered three jackets for Christmas gifts in october. Once opened my children who are teachers realized there are rifles all over them and they cannot wear them to school. I immediately contacted the company and was told they have a 30 day return policy. I asked if they extended for christmas as the items were for that holiday gifts and most companies extend. They said we have a 30 day return policy thank you for contacting us. Being a veteran I am disgusted that a company stating it is veteran run could be so inconsiderate and lack total customer service. Find another company that actually cares about their customers. This one does not.
Veteran owned is not enough..
Ordered a fanny pack in late November. Received a BACKPACK December 18th. Got a return label and shipped it back the next day. Have heard and seen nothing since. Often we see veteran owned and feel like we want to help. We need to realize that even veterans can be garbage people too.
I no longer recommend this company
I have ordered from this company two×1 time last year and one time on December 13th. When I completed the order, it said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. I have reached out to them five or six times via email and the only responses that I get are we take two days to reply to emails.
I have to go through the Shop app to get any tracking information but nothing comes up and then finally just two days after Christmas I got shipping information that leads to a blank page from Amazon and it doesn’t have any tracking information whatsoever. It has been over three weeks since I made this order and this company makes you feel like they don’t give a shit about their customers. They guaranteed a 3 to 5 day delivery and it’s been three weeks going on four weeks. Their customer service sucks.
You’re number one priority is your customers in any business it doesn’t matter if you make nice gear or the best gear in the world if you’re priority is not your customers and delivering exactly what you say you’re going to deliver then you’re not gonna retain customers.
As much as I did like the shorts that I purchased last time from them, I will never order anything again from them unless they change how their processes are because if you tell me 2 to 5 days in delivery and it’s been three weeks that is 100% unacceptable.
Caution on considering this company
I placed an order for several Christmas gifts in November and paid in full. The order didn’t arrive until just a few days before Christmas, and when it did, it was completely wrong. I tried contacting the company before Christmas for a replacement but received no response.
Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and still haven’t received a refund or the correct items. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company.

Too long to send out order. Hard to contact. Customer service takes too long to respond to emails. Finally found a number to call. Lady was quite rude. I dont understand how in this day and agr how it takes 10 days to process a simple order. Horrible customer service.

Would never purchase from them again. As a company that targets Vets- I am very disappointed. Items were not shipped as stated. Would not desire to do business with them again. My husband was pretty disappointed that all I could do was show him in on my phone what I tried to get him.

Thanks combat iron apparel. I ordered through Amazon but shirt was package and shipped by Combat Iron Apparel. Package was clearly not checked before it was shipped.
Multiple failed deliveries without refund
They failed to deliver my order to my address several times when I have never had any other company fail to deliver to my address. I sent them a more detailed address and special instructions yet to no avail. I sent them a buddy's address to send it to and they told me it was undeliverable. I ordered in the start of October and its one week from December with nothing still. They refuse to refund me and actually told me I would be charged for the multiple "deliveries" that were undeliverable. I am disgusted to hear a veteran company can't do simple things right or make things right to customers, especially a fellow service member. I heard their products were quality however I'll never know. This is actually the worst experience I've ever had with a sales company. I dont write bad reviews but I felt this was warranted with how they chose to handle it by dismissing my requests and comments after I made several attempts to find a solution when they only presented me with problems. If I was the problem, why not just refund my money and get rid of me? Anyways, I hope people have a better experience but just know their customer service is very impersonal and dismissive.
Horrible shipping and missing item
I placed an order on the 29th of August and wasn’t received until September 12th. This is domestic shipping mind you. Package sat in GA for over a week. Then when it finally did arrive it was missing one of the 6 shirts I ordered, despite having a packing slip notating what should have been included. Terrible experience
I wasted time and money.
I bought two shirts from this company and I was excited to have apparel from them. Will I ordered larges like I normally wear in any t-shirt but they were extremely small. I sent them back for a return and their return policy is trash so basically whatever you order you're stuck with. So it's a waste of time and money. For somebody wanting to wear their company's apparel.. they sure do not have very good customer service. Just stick to grunt style or something comparative they at least work with you and have a good exchange policy
