Filed claim since January
Filed claim since January. Claim said it was paid March 11, but it was to wrong person. Been calling for over 3 weeks to get my payment. Talked to manager & several supervisors. All they can tell me they emailed adjuster working on this claim. It is now almost end of April & I filed for March & getting ready to file for April. This will be 4 months of payments that I have not received. I'm currently on disability so money is tight.

Absolutely awful
Your self service portal is stuck in the 1990's, It's very nostalgic to watch the spinning circle for 10 minutes while your site finally connects. Claims are missing from the portal. Your customer service reps are at least attempting to be helpful but they rarely succeed. The whole experience was horrible.
