I have experienced several issues with…
I have experienced several issues with my order:
1. Billing: I was informed that I would not be charged until the calendars were ready to ship, but my card was charged early.
2. Delivery: FedEx reported two failed delivery attempts, despite my office hours being clearly posted on the door. Additionally, the tracking number provided on the door tag (DT709341323140) did not work when I tried to check the status online.
3. Customer Support: I previously emailed emailreturns requesting a phone call to resolve this, but I have not received a response.

Very unimpressed
Very unimpressed, after I made my order, my accounting staff wanted an invoice to reconcile our books....I spent 1-2 hours making phone calls that never got answered or returned, and sending emails...I do not have time for that.

Could have been better
Product is great and my rep is great. I would have gone higher but the order was supposed to be pushed back by 6 weeks and it wasnt, it shipped right away. I asked for it to not be billed right away and they said too late. Didnt bother to offer any compensation. My rep was not happy but customer service couldnt care less.
