As we scaled up our ads budget Cometly was a vital part to that. We found advertising platforms data was very incorrect and with cometly pluged in we were able to track every penny. It would have been impossible to scale profitably without Cometly. Its a must have if you are running ads.

I wouldn't recommend to consider getting into Cometly. They have only 1 yearly plan for $2000 or more (after you schedule a call with them) and forget about getting a refund if you don't like it for any reason. The support team is not knowledgeable and most of the time you will not get the best answer.

Cometly has been absolutely essential and a huge game-changer! I've used Cometly for over a year now and it has proven to be the most accurate, reliable, and intuitive tracking tool I have used to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Customer support has been very attentive and competent whenever I have needed them. Founders are always looking to see how they can better help their clients succeed- from consistent updates for faster data to areas such as integrating more platforms so we can expand our business.

I wholeheartedly recommend Cometly to anyone seeking to optimize their ad spend and make data-driven decisions confidently. I will definitely be a long-term customer!

Cometly is continuing to better its self through diversification to other platforms. This is a must when your business is always looking to expand into different markets through "new to you" platforms. Every small issue I have had (and they are not many) has always been met with professionalism and competence. I appreciate this and am always great-full for their support and knowledge.

The worst experience in a long time...

Tracking on regular shopify pages are not that great, I was getting around 75-85% of my purchases tracked. Which isn't too good when paying 5k with no guarantees (like hyros) or any way to get a refund. Support is bad, you get like 1 reply once per day(AT MOST), via chat. Takes ages to actually get any help. Can't book a meeting unless you demand a refund lol.

When they eventually do reply it's with an article, and then they start explaining their top of the line tracking systems and fingerprinting etc. Then they just tell you to wait and the tracking will get more accurate( believe me it wont).

So service is bad, price is high, no guarantees, you have to pay for an entire year so you're basically stuck and then the racking is terrible as well.

But then on top of that, if you're going to be using funnels outside of shopify like click funnels or funnelish etc. IT DOESN't WORK AT ALL. But they won't tell you that.

On funnels, tracking is like 50%, which means FB is way more accurate anyways. It can't track the value of the purchases so you can't see CPA, ROAS, Sales etc.

I've been trying to get help for like 2 months, they say everything is set up correctly. But it still don't work, which basically means the software is just trash. Then they tell me to use the standard FB integration instead, but still no refund.

At this point I'm basically their guinea pig, since I have to try like 3 different solutions that MIGHT work. I didn't buy a 5k program for it to not work and then have to be your test person for new updates. It's supposed to just work...

I was told i needed to install a new third party program called Zapier, that would send events from my funnel, to Cometly so they could track it. Something Cometly should be able to do on it's own... Still that didn't work and i got like 20% tracking.

Overall wasted $5,000 and about 2 months of back and forth. If you're using regular Shopify pages, it works OK, but you'll get better tracking elsewhere for a cheaper price. If you're using funnels they will gladly take your money but not tell you it doesn't work.

It felt like a double-edged sword, where I had to take the risk of investing a significant amount without knowing if the software was truly suitable for my business.

Transparency and flexibility are crucial when it comes to choosing the right software for your small business. It's disappointing to see Cometly adopt such a pricing model, which can be burdensome for small businesses with limited resources. It would have been more customer-friendly if they provided a trial period or a more flexible payment structure, allowing users to evaluate the software's suitability before committing to a substantial investment.

While I cannot comment on Cometly's actual software features, their pricing approach left a sour taste in my mouth. As a small business owner, I urge others to carefully consider the risks involved before committing to such a significant upfront cost. Exploring alternative options with more flexible pricing and trial periods might be a more suitable choice for small businesses seeking dependable software solutions.

Cometly is by far the best tracking software I have used. I use it to track ads across multiple platforms. It makes getting the information I need so simple and it is all available in one spot.

After using Cometly for about 3 months now, I can't imagine running Facebook ads without it. From start until now, it has been a complete game-changer for me. Very easy to get set up and has great support to help with any questions you might have along the way. For someone new to running ads I love how they made the dashboard very similar to Ads Manager, incredibly user-friendly! Being able to accurately track KPIs has helped me a ton as a beginner. I can now make informed decisions as I now know exactly which ad sets sales are coming from. Ads Manager doesn't even come close to giving me the accurate data that Cometly does. Highly recommended for any running affiliate marketing offers. It saves you time, money, and any feeling of "flying blind" running ads. I can't imagine running ads without it!

I love how Cometly is user-friendly and cleaner to look at as opposed to the Facebook ads manager dashboard. It's also sweet how the Cometly team will constantly check in to see if you are satisfied with the software and if you need any tips or help. It would be a nightmare running Facebook ads without Cometly and I'm happy with the service & connection I've made with the team.

With Cometly, running ads seem like the pre IOS 14.5 agin. Accurate data and attribution so I know I'm not flying blind when it comes to allocating budgets. Easy and user friendly interface. Look forward to their automated rules!

Very helpful in tracking my marketing metrics

I am new to running ads, and I don't know how I would make good media buying decisions without the clear and consolidated information that Cometly provides. It pulls all the data into one place so you know where you are at, what is performing, and what is not. It was very easy to setup and it is super simple to navigate. I can't imagine operating without it!

They changed their pricing models twice in the past 2 months. The first pricing model change allowed customers to grow with the service with a reasonable and fair investment. In early 2023 they changed the pricing model again to be nontransparent using "ad credits" instead of a monthly subscription and requiring a $2000 investment to get started. It's impossible for me to use the service now and I'm sure a lot of eCommerce entrepreneurs will feel the same.

I can't even wrap my head around their new pricing model. It's completely confusing. It feels like they're just trying to squeeze more money out of people. They explained on the phone that they're looking to partner with more long term clients. How can new clients even invest in their software when the initial investment is $2000? Huge barrier of entry now.

Edit: I made this comment almost 2 years ago and just got their reply saying this is untrue. Today is September, 27 2024. I'm not trying to spread false statements about Cometly. I used to be a happy client back in 2022 before they changed their pricing structure. I'm assuming they introduced monthly pricing again... But I don't appreciate their reputation manager coming in 2 years later and calling my statement untrue... That was almost 2 years ago! Did you guys finally hire someone to do reputation management and now their catching up on the negative comments? So their solution was to bash customers for their honest experience? Weird...

Edit Edit: By the way, I've been thinking as a business owner how I would expect a reputation or customer service manager to handle my comment. Personally I would have said "Thank you for your feedback. We take comments like yours to heart here at Cometly and I'm happy to inform you that we've reintroduced monthly pricing model back into our pricing structure. We're confident that you'll be happy with our new service if you decide to use our platform in the future".

Instead I was called a liar. I am even more skeptical about Cometly than when they changed their pricing structure... Which wasn't a lie.

Cometly has streamlined all my adset data in a way that I can sort and view key pieces of information in a single view. I often need to look at data from an OFI perspective or from a CPIP or ROI point of view. Equally, I often target metrics and actions to continue an adset or strop an adset based on current spend cycles. The ability to view all of this information from a single point of reference saves me so much time. Lastly, I can also create my own views that help me target views based on a specific need, such as: ROI, or SPEND, or my own KPIs outlines of data. Great job Guys!! LOVE THE PRODUCT!!

To say I've been impressed by Cometly would be an understatement - I'm completely blown away by what they offer (and the price point that they offer it at)! I'd used Cometly once before but thought it was missing purchases, so I eventually invested in a higher priced option. Only then did I realize how many of my sales were organic or from Google searches. When Cometly announced their service was free for up to $3000 in ad spend, I reinstalled it and ran it side by side with my higher priced option for +/- 3 weeks and found Cometly's Facebook tracking to be spot on! Not only was Cometly accurate, but their dashboard was much cleaner to read and easier to use. Within the first month I've upped to a paid plan that is 1/7 of what I was paying before.

On top of that, Grant and the Cometly team have been awesome - they've answered every question I've had - and I even got a response on Thanksgiving day (which was clutch for getting everything set up for Black Friday). You can tell they're a team that cares and stands behind their product - and the features they have on their roadmap are only going to continue to make the product more amazing in the months and weeks to come!

Seriously, I can't speak highly enough about Cometly - if you're on the fence (or still relying on Facebook's Ads Manager) give it a go - I promise you won't be disappointed!

I am new to affiliate marketing - learning it has been a challenge for me. But in a very short time, I realized how effective and convenient a tool Cometly is. I am so grateful to have it!

Great tracking software. If you are using Facebook ads this is the best tracker out there. Easy to use and very user friendly. I would like to see more/other ad platform integration which they are currently working on, hence the 4 stars
