Inferior zippers and no refund
I bought two hansops for my mother the end of September last year. Zipper of one of them broke in the beginning of December. Reaction was,: it wasn’t broken within a month, so no replacement or refund was possible. I could get a 20% discount of a new one. I refused, and I’m glad I did because just now the zipper of the other one is broken. These are inferior articles. Don’t buy them you will regret it.
