Efficient service, good product.

I recently purchased an anatomical bridle from The Comfy Horse Company and I honestly cannot praise them highly enough. I first contacted them in July when I ordered the bridle, and what really impressed me is the incredible level of care and support they have given me ever since. I have been in correspondence with them right up until now, when I finally settled on the correct size and fit for my horse.
Throughout these months they have patiently helped and advised me every step of the way. I have sent them numerous photos of my horse wearing the bridle, and they have taken the time to carefully look at each one and give me their honest knowledgeable advice about the fit.
They have kept in touch with me by email, WhatsApp and phone and at no point have I ever felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. They genuinely wanted me to be completely happy and absolutely confident that I had the right bridle for my horse. I think this level of personal attention is exceptional. They have gone far beyond what I would have expected. It is very clear that their priority is getting the right fit for the horse and making sure the customer is completely satisfied rather than simply making a sales. I am so grateful for all the help, patience and advice they gave me over these past few months. Their customer service has been absolutely magnificent and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Thank you for all your help and for never making me feel like I was asking too many questions. It has been very much appreciated. I will definitely be using them again.
