If there was lower than 1 star, i would put it. i needed a towing service for my car due to a mechanical problem. i have called the customer support hotline 10 times in 24hrs and still could not manage to get an ok from the towing service. there had been an issue with my policy because of missing photos on the app. after clarifying this point with Comin team, i still have not managed to resolve this point with them and tow my car for the past 24 hrs. the responsiveness level is not acceptable, the customer support answers and tell me they will process my request without it being processed. i leave a message with high urgency to call me back and they do not. they say they will follow up with the towing service and they do not. only apologies and promises that are not delivered. if it is one thing you need from an insurer, is they responsiveness in cases of emergency. Level of service is below poor. this is the first time i need to tow my car; had been covered for years with them (all risk insurance) but would definitely not renew.

As a patient in an urgent medical situation, I was assigned a travel insurance that initially refused to accept my claim, which left me extremely disappointed and distrustful of the service. I had to contact multiple people without any resolution. Finally, I was told that my case is not covered according to the terms and conditions, yet the documents I received do not mention this. Communication throughout this process has been slow, and responses lacked clarity, causing unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation. I expected far better transparency and efficiency from this service.

This company may seem to offer good deals, but don’t be fooled. They completely failed to fulfill their obligations when I needed them most, leaving me stranded during an emergency. Worse yet, they took advantage of the situation to extort me, showing no care for their customers. Stay away! They will scam you. You’ve been warned—don’t risk your time or money with this unethical business.

They are dishonest and unhelpful. I purchased travel insurance from them, and when my trip was cancelled, they refused to help me despite this being clearly covered in the policy. their attitude completely changed when I needed to make a claim. I strongly advise against trusting this company."

I had a terrible experience with this insurance company. When I needed to file a claim for my cancelled trip, they were completely unhelpful. Despite having travel insurance that should have covered the cancellation, they refused to honor the policy. Their customer service was rude and unresponsive.

Even when I provided documentation like a police report, they still denied my claim. It was a frustrating and stressful process trying to get them to fulfill their obligations. They made the entire experience extremely unpleasant.

On top of that, when I initially purchased the insurance, the sales representatives were very nice and convincing. But once I needed to actually use the policy, their true colors showed. I would strongly advise against trusting this company with your insurance needs. They do not stand behind their products or provide decent customer service. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable insurance provider.
