Easy ordering, quick delivery. I couldn't ask for a better service!

The actual machine is fine, it was just the setting up the link between that and pay pal the problem and the lack of support from customer care resulting in it not working at my first group as a consultant

I still haven’t heard back. You have made a mistake. I have emailed you yet no reply. And now you asking to give you a review.

After placing the order, other than confirmation of the order I have heard nothing more. The chat is a bit and gives no relevant information regarding delivery.
I tried phoning and the answerphone informed me that no one was able to talk to me, just leave a message.
I am still in the dark as to when I will actually receive my order.

Not only was the device cheaper than elsewhere, but the support was also excellent too, the operative helped and even called back as he said he would. He solved a problem for me. Customer service as it should be. I recommend this company and will be back in a few weeks to buy many more items for our warehouse operations, this is based on the service I received.

Great company in general but they should stop using UPS as their shipping provider in the UK and only use DPD. I've been waiting for delivery for more than a week, and UPS keeps saying they attempted delivery without even coming around. Also it's nearly impossible to contact UPS so now I'm left in a viscous cycle of waiting for my order to just be returned so I can reorder and ask them to use DPD. Other than that, great company.

The process could have been made so much easier. I expect if you have set up an EPOS system before then its pretty straight forward, but I haven't and it wasn't!
With most EPOS providers you get the choice to run their software on Windows, iOS, Android or Mac.. It would be less of a headache if when choosing your hardware you could filter by compatibility with your chosen OS - Click Windows - See all hardware that will work. Also when buying hardware like Receipt printers it would be helpful if there was a suggested product for till rolls - The product I chose had no till roll size information and I had to go google it.

Delivery was quick and the products are good quality - The buying experience for newbies could be improved though.

Have to say we dealt with James who was very professional and could not have been anymore helpful.
Would recommend this company for the great customer service.

Easy to order, Amazingly quick delivery , really satisfied with the product and so easy to use.

An early mistake was turned onto a success story by the timely intervention of someone at the company. They'd made a mistake, but helped me find a resolution, which all you can ask really. We are all human, and they reacted well to the situation.
