Great customer service - resolved a problem with Royal Mail getting a delivery date change "stuck" in the system. We've had a handful of these in the family over the last few years, and they are good.

Exemplary service, emailed about a product and if it could be sent sooner even with Clive’s signature being needed. Received a reply the same day and delivery was upgraded to arrive within 48 hours. Couldn’t have asked for much more really, product was spot on!
