Called with an issue with our printer. Dave L came out the next day and got us back up and running in no time. Always polite and courteous. Fantastic service.

What Great Service, called as we had an emergency, within 12 hours Tom came to our rescue, explained what had happened and it was fixed within 30 minutes. highly recommend this company an engineers.

Tom came to our reception at David Wood in Kearsley, Bolton, and honestly he was one of the nicest and most helpful engineers I’ve met. He didn’t just fix the printer — he took the time to explain what had gone wrong, showed me how to use a few features properly, and made sure I felt confident before he left.

What stood out most was how patient and friendly he was. Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt like “just another job”. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was working perfectly and that I understood what he was doing.

It’s rare to meet someone who combines technical skill with such a positive attitude. Tom made the whole experience easy, stress‑free, and actually enjoyable. Really grateful for his help today. Definitely a well‑deserved five stars.

Contract seemed good, printer was good... but I am being fleeced at the end of the contract after having it for years. Im not handing it back early or cancelling... just handing it back having made all payments and leaving it in a great working condition... £250 admin fee, £250 collection fee and some £180 to have the memory wiped.... an absolute rip off and I will not be doing business with them in any other sector....

Dave L explained the problems we were experiencing and fixed the issue for us in a very short period of time. Furthermore we now more understand the capability of the equipment.

John Green and the team at Commerce have looked after all our printing and scanning requirements for nearly 20 years. The whole customer experience is hassle free and the service and repair team as super responsive! Nothing is too much trouble and they have always kept our business moving. Tom came to fix an issue with our printer, arrived very quick from reporting the issue. He was polite and professional and very helpful .

The 2 gentleman that came to install the printer were very polite and helpful. Set everything up and all working before they left. Went above and beyond to help set up emails so can be more efficient. Would defiantly recommend this company

Dave L is a legend. On every visit he is punctual, professional and knowledgeable. All our printers are well maintained and any issues are quickly resolved.

He was able to fix the issue quickly and without fault, and was very attentive to ensure no other issues existed. Very much recommend this company off the back of the visit, thankyou Tom!!

We ordered a Develop Ineo 4701i. Chris and Ryan did a great job of physically installing the printer. They didn't leave any mess behind. The printer was configured as specified. Because of technical quirks in our ERP system, they needed addition help from head office to get the printer working exactly as required. but all in all it was a great experience.
