Compare Broadband provided good advice on other providers however upon agreeing to change, failed to advise of possible 30day notice of cancellations policy by current provider which resulted in me having to spend a considerable amount of time on phone with new provider changing activation and payment dates to avoid doubling up on payments.

They made it easy for me and gave me a list of companies to compare prices. They did all the hard work for me and I didn’t even have to cancel my old company. I did have one hiccup but I rang them and the problem was solved almost immediately.

Fast precise Q and A and clearly spoken which really helps in call centres. Will be using these guys again in 6 months to budget swap to a new NBN provider once again to minimise plan premiums.

I was originally prepared to tell the compare person I didn’t need their assistance and would apply online when I had time, however they were so kind and helpful and made it easy for me to understand that I went ahead and asked them to lock in a new nbn plan for me. Awesome service.

Sorry i should remember name of gentleman supporting me, but he was marvellous. Very informative, very supportive as I am older and slower with IT then the younger generation. Nothing was a problem and he kindly assisted me.
Switching saved me a lot of money and time

Sales rep lies just to close the deal
The sales agents will do anything just to close the sale even if it includes lying.
The guy named jack, lied about the installation date, because of that I had to move my move-in date 1 week ahead.
I took time off from work and now they are telling me that they need to move it 1 week ahead again.
The whole value add of this business is to make the connection smooth but once they close the deal they say we cant do anything.
Before placing the order Jack told me if you have any hickups call us we will sort that out for you and then he went missing.
