Final certificates issued in good time and a good price for a large barn conversion project. Communication was great from Susan Young and Daniel Wright.

The only real frustration was the total lack of feedback from site inspections carried out (no copies of site reports issued despite numerous requests so we had no idea if there were any problems that needed dealing with during the build process) and the difficulty of getting hold of the inspectors to arrange the necessary site visits at the appropriate times. We had to go back to Daniel several times to get him to contact the inspectors instead!

I have been dealing with Scott, absolutely great customer service. Scott has been giving me honest updates regarding my case every time I got in touch, I wasn't even their customer but had no faith in my developer giving me updates.

This was my first experience in arranging an Insurance certificate and i felt overwhelmed, but Carlos was both professional and helpful in a manner which put my mind at ease. He talked me through each step so I was fully aware what was happening and when.
He answered all communication promptly and I felt he went " the extra mile"
Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting an Insurance certificate for a new build.

This company expect you to pay the premium then they like to issue the latent defect insurance at their leisure, great if you have all the time in the world. The policy also has an exclusion on it re contaminated land there is no evidence to support this. The £4,700 paid for the piece of paper may have to go in the bin anyway. BEWARE NEVER USE.

Our flat’s 10 year warranty company went into liquidation and when it came to sell we needed something to satisfy lender requirements - that’s when I contacted Compariqo to obtain a PCC. Our main point of contact was Andrew who alongside Susan managed to turn it around in a week! Andrew would always get back to us the same day and was more than happy to answer any questions we had! We can’t thank them enough for their thoroughness and help during this process!

I was helped out by Susan Young to get 2 plots across the line. Sue chased down the warranty docs and got them over to us so that 2 plots could be handed over in time for Christmas. Aaron Bridges on site was also a great help and provided his reports to us quickly so that any minor defects could be actioned straight away. Great service.

They did exactly what I needed to get my PCC done within the timeframe I was working with. Dan was super professional and gave me lots of information during the inspection. He made me feel very comfortable and helped me understand my cover.

Had a very good experience dealing with Compariqo. This was mostly down to Carlos who was extremely helpful and quick to respond to every query or question. Would definitely recommend using Compariqo

Carlos was fantastic for us obtaining structural warranty retrospectively. Carlos quoted promptly, kept to the time frame quoted and kept me updated throughout. I hope to use the company again in the future.

They called out of the blue asking to speak with someone regarding structural warranties. I queried the caller and asked which project they were referring to. The response was "all of them". It was quite clear from this point it was a marketing call, I asked the lady a couple of simple questions (who she worked for etc.) and she got rather irritated with me because I was not helping her, despite the fact that she rang me looking for our business! She said she would call back later and hung the phone up.
She rang back later that day, we told her we are not interested and not to call back.
Around 2 weeks later, the same lady called again asking to speak to someone about structural warranties. It was clear she did not understand what we meant by "do not call back". I told her that I had spoken with her a few weeks prior and we are not interested in doing business with them.

I would not normally write a review like this but it irritated me the way they rang out of the blue, basically asking for our business, was then rude to me over the phone and called back when they were told not to contact us. Clearly unprofessional amateurs with no customer service skills.

The help, support and advice I received from Teneeshia was first class and made dealing with Compariqo really easy and stress free. All questions answered, promised return calls all happened when she said they would and she went over and above to offer solutions that really helped
