We were blown away by the craftsmanship and care shown by the whole team on our recent project. Everyone that came to work on our house from Complete Timber Window Solutions was polite and professional and someone the company can be proud of. This professionalism not only covered the actual work, but also into little things, like hoovering up at the end of everyday. Stuart, Dave and the whole team were great to work with and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

CTWS did the most fantastic job renovating a rotten frame and installing double glazed panes in my Edwardian curved bedroom window, which no other company were able to do without substantially changing the shape of this beautiful period frame. Stuart was delightful to deal with, got back to me quickly with a quote and managed to squeeze in our job before the cold weather set in which I was so grateful for. The craftmanship is amazing and they were so polite and careful, always tidying up and leaving my bedroom spotless at the end of each day. I'm so happy to have found this company as they have allowed me to maintain the detailing of our beautiful windows, whilst making them secure and warm with double glazed panels that are barely visible.

We had rotten cill on a GF sash window and rotten middle rail on the 1st Flr sash window of our Victorian house. Stuart quoted based on the photos I supplied and Josh carried out the remedial work.
Josh arrived on time and was clearly very knowledgeable and capable. The work was completed very swiftly and both windows are now as good as new.
I cannot rate Josh highly enough - he is a credit to your business.

We asked Stuart from CTWS to for a quote to renovate our original 1860’s Victorian windows, frames and internal secondary glazing. Stuart came over promptly, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and provided a detailed, fair and acceptable quote within days. The work was commenced and finished by Josh and his team within the timeframe advised, and the final bill reflected the exact amount as per the original quote with no unpleasant surprises.
Josh and his team worked incredibly hard, with meticulous attention to detail, an incredible amount of patience with the hundreds of diamond shaped glass panes, demonstrated expert craftsmanship, were polite, worked cleanly, and showed respect to the property and the owners at all times. The finished product was quite simply perfect and exactly as per the specification. We highly recommend CTWS for the service and quality provided by Stuart, Josh and the rest of the team.

Start to finish we had an excellent experience with CTWS. Our conservation area windows were double glazed and draftproofed.

CTWS did some repairs to rotten areas of wooden windows for us. We were very pleased with the work undertaken, and when we then had a minor issue with one of the windows locking they promptly sorted that out. The workman was very pleasant and the site was left neat and tidy. Communication with us was also good. We would certainly use them again.

Dave did a great job working on several windows around our property. We wanted to maintain the character of our house and were looking for a company that we felt was going to take the necessary care given the age of some of the frames they were working with. He did a thorough refurbishment of all frames, cutting out and replacing rotten parts where required plus replacing the orignal single glazing with new slim sealed double glazed units. The end result was windows that looked like brand new versions of what had been there before but now much more energy efficient and good for another many years. Dave is also a genuiniely nice guy to have working at your home and I would definitely recommend him and CTWS to anyone.

Dave and Josh were reliable, on time daily and very polite throughout the process. They kept the house as tidy as it could possible be in a fairly meshy project.
Communication with Stuart was reliable and accurate with an small adjustment to the original quote.

I had a rotten window which needed repairing quickly. CTWS picked it up the next day and had it back to me within a week (delivered by hand) which was much faster than expected. They repainted the whole window as well although that wasn’t part of the brief. Excellent service and very reasonably priced.

After searching around, I decided to use this company to repair and refurbish our old wooden sash windows. I completely made the right choice.
