I purchased a computer, VERY happy, I had minor problem{my own fault] but computer zone, went out of their to help me rectify the problem, A HUGE THANK YOU to them. Anyone who is thinking of purchasing a cheap computer, I strongly recommend COMPUTER ZONE,

I had a problem when the machine arrived as the hard drive cable had disconnected. Being a novice I emailed on Boxing Day and had a reply that night telling me exactly what to do - very pleased with this service.

Compu-Zone sold me a fast dell computer with great options to upgrade cheaply for under £180. (which i did with memory and hard drive.) handy cables were included, i only needed to buy a USB to PS/2 ADAPTER to plug in the mouse and keyboard from amazon for about £3. i bought this dell computer for my son to play games online as the one he had was too slow. he has happily played online now on for the past 3 months on the dell with no problems . i am seriously thinking of buying a second computer from Compu-Zone for myself as i am so impressed with the one i bought. delivery is up to 10 days as they need time to upgrade at busy times. WELL WORTH THE MONEY. A BARGAIN. WOULD RECOMMEND.

Compu zone were excellent, it was easy to select what you wanted. The good were delivered on time and matched what was ordered. I would recommend them to anyone.

poor delivery and had to buy new battery on first charge which told me to change battery.

The service given to customers is excellent and if you have any queries you can actually
speak to someone on the on the telephone to get help. The delivery of goods was very prompt and arrived in good order.I can recommend this company.

Helpful, prompt delivery, working unit and within our budget.

I wanted two gaming PC's and knew what games my boys wanted to play but was unsure on which computers I needed. Their customer services was brilliant as saying the minimum I needed and also what I could get if I wanted to pay slightly more. Very happy to take their advice and my boys very happy with their computers.

I needed a new computer but a complete new package was just out of my budget at the time.
I found compu-zone via a search engine and liked the fact that I could upgrade the specs to what I wanted.
The computer turned up within a week including the boxes of the installed upgrades. The only downside was a security mark of the previous company that owned it on the back on the monitor, which made it obvious it was a refurbished unit but it did clearly state that they could be cosmetic marks. Other cosmetic marks were minimal.
To date I have had no problems and the computer meets my needs. Definitely would use again even though I was reluctant at first about the RTB warranty cost.

excellent PC, good service and fast delivery. I would have given them 5 stars but I was let down twice as they promised to supply a card reader due to being mis-lead in the description of the PC, The photo of the PC shows a card reader installed but when it arrived no reader was supplied, after being promised on 2 occasions that they would supply one they still have not, so in the end I purchased one for myself

I bought the desktop in November for my 14 year old for Christmas so could not comment until after the Christmas holiday as the company shut down over the holiday. He is ecstatic about it. The fact that it is refurbished should not put you off buying from this site everything that is listed with the package comes with the box the only issue we had was that they installed windows business instead of home and sent the wrong cd but this was sorted straight away ,You have the option of live chat to sort any queries you may have. I am so happy with my purchase.

Great value for money, brilliant customer service..this is my second computer bought from compu zone and will definitely come back a third time.

We bought a refurbished PC with Windows 7 installed for my wife. So far it has worked well and represents good value. We had a slight problem regarding the expiry of activating Windows 7 which the company helped us with. They also promised to send a recovery CD which should have come with the computer. I am waiting for this but feel sure it will arrive soon. It has a year's warranty and cost £135.

I received my order exactly as de3scribed. Well satisfied with the service. Would recommend your company to my friends.
