I had dropped off my PS5 for a hdmi port repair/replacement and left with a wealth of knowledge on not only the steps he was going to take to fix it but also what to do to prolong the life of the console.

I would defo recommend to anyone who wants a 10 out of 10 service, turnaround and kept in the loop of everything.

Warren did an absolutely amazing job rebuilding my gaming PC. I already had all my parts in my old case, and he transferred everything over perfectly into my new one. The cable management is super clean, the airflow’s way better now, and everything runs smoothly.

He really knows what he’s doing and took great care with every detail. Communication was great throughout, and he had the whole thing done quickly without cutting any corners.

Warren helped me out with an issue on my disc drive on the PS5. My toddler had stuck some coins in, he quickly disassembled it, took out the offending items, gave it a clean and gave some handy advice for maintaining the console in the future. Highly recommend.

Warren fixed my Fanatec DD1 Sim Racing Wheel base in 2 hours! For reference to do this fix with Fanatec directly would have taken 2-3 weeks. This was a very complicated fix requiring very delicate disassembly and soldering.
If you have any sim racing electrical issue’s pay Warren a visit, especially if you’re out of warranty.
Warren has experience with Thrustmaster products too! Strongly recommended

I have Presonus 3.5 Speakers. There was an issue with the capacitors. Presonus wouldn't even offer a repair service unless they were under warranty. I didn't want to spend on buying speakers again. didn't think it was justified considering i don't use my current speakers constantly. i searched online (nearby) for repair companies. And came across WG IT. Contacted and the person was great at communication and lovely to chat to. Thank you buddy. Appreciate your help

So pleased with how my issue was sorted. My old HP desktop had been 'hacked' (long story) and I was desperate to find someone to restore it as I couldn't afford a new one. Warren was great. He explained what he could do gave us various options and prices and repaired it within 24 hours. I would highly recommend his services and plan to use them again for an old laptop I have. After searching Google, I found WG IT Computer & Console Repair Services. I contacted Warren to ask if he could repair a Marine NAC-2 Autopilot Computer. The problem with the device was 2 broken board connectors and damaged PCB. After sharing some photos of the damaged parts, Warren was willing to have a look to see if he could do the repair. After sourcing the parts, Warren done a fantastic repair.
Warren really knows his stuff, great communicator and excellent customer service. To all you boat owners. If you develop a fault with your navigation equipment. I would recommend you reach out to Warren, before you bin it.

Visited warren at WG it computer and console services with a ps4 slim that was over heating and he carried out a service and returned the console within two days in perfect working order I would highly recommend Warren and his company very honest and knowledgeable and will definitely use in the future .
