Delayed Item
I ordered the football top on the 04 Feb 26 for my grandsons birthday. Unfortunately it did not arrive until 09 Mar 26. This was after emailing concept kits about the whereabouts of the item a number of times. Ash, the customer advisor was excellent in providing updates once I received the response. The item was delayed but no reason given to why the delay occurred. In the end I thought I was going to be out of pocket but Ash saved the day. It's a shame as the item was reasonably priced & when it arrived I had a very happy grandson. Hopefully I'll have better service next time I place an order. Thank you Ash.

We just picked up the Bohemian FC x Guinness and Bohemian FC x Kneecap jerseys to use as our music band attire here in Ireland called Tonnóg, and they are unreal. The quality is absolutely top notch you can tell the material is built to last and the colours are 100% perfect. Their response rate is excellent and very reassuring as I can be sceptical by these sites at times. Honestly, I can’t explain how good these look and feel in person, you just have to buy them to see for yourself. Best kit in the game, hands down!

To clarify — the back printing was unfortunately missed during fulfilment, and we acknowledged that mistake immediately.
As soon as you contacted us, we offered two clear resolutions in line with our policy:
• To resend the same jersey with the correct back printing applied, at no additional cost to you.
• Or to provide a partial refund for the printing on the jersey you received.
Your initial response was to request a completely different jersey altogether. That is not a correction of the original order and is not covered under our policy as a resolution. We offer a large range of jerseys at fair and competitive prices, and replacing an item with an entirely different product is simply not how order errors are resolved.
We are a small business and we work hard to price our products fairly while still providing good service. Requesting a completely different jersey in response to a printing error felt unreasonable and outside what would be considered a fair resolution.
You ultimately chose the option of a 6.99 partial refund, which was the exact cost of the missed printing. This was not a “shipping refund,” despite the amount being the same.
We take responsibility when genuine mistakes occur and we offered appropriate solutions to put this right. Given the circumstances, we believe it’s best that you do not place further orders with us.

We understand that sizing can sometimes feel different depending on brand and cut. All of our jerseys are supplied according to the manufacturer’s sizing guide, and we provide a detailed size chart on each listing to help customers choose the best fit before ordering.
As a general rule of thumb, we do recommend sizing up — this is also noted in our FAQs — as the fit can run slightly slimmer depending on the style. We always encourage customers to check the measurements provided rather than relying solely on the label (e.g. XXL), as fits can vary between designs.
If the item hasn’t been worn and you’d like to arrange an exchange for a different size, please feel free to contact us directly and we’ll be happy to help.
