Upon reviewing your feedback given on the same day, we took additional time to thoroughly check our records and processes to ensure we provided you with the most accurate and comprehensive response. We sincerely apologize that our services did not meet your expectations this time. We received your file late on Friday, May 3rd for our current "prime product", which is currently a term loan or line of credit through our partner channel. Given our operational hours, we were unable to commence a detailed review of all documents until the following business day. First thing on Monday, May 6th at 8:45am est., our team acted promptly to assess your application & the documents provided. Our system shows, around 9:30am we promptly communicated potential good news via text, given our understanding of your busy schedule. In our commitment to thoroughness, we requested additional documents to continue our careful analysis, involving DTI calculations, soft credit checks, & more which are essential for tailoring our financial solutions. We received the information back around 10 am and started to get to work again. Between 10:15am - 2pm ( lunch deferred an hour of working time) our team worked diligently to try and "fit" your submission into an approval for a term/loc product. By the afternoon of the same day, we provided you with an update informing you that your business did NOT qualify for any of our monthly payment programs, but we may have other available options. This was due to the new information provided in your latest financial statements. Despite these constraints, we presented the idea of other creative options available, in which you replied, "okay no rush".
We strived to compile the most favorable terms available, presenting these to you with our lowest possible rates, with terms of 10 - 15months, at the asking amount you were looking for, in hopes to foster a long-term client relationship around 4:30pm. We did not hear back from you until 6 pm when you left this review and then the multiple messages were you stated we wasted your time. This was never our intention. Many of our current and past clients, as shown in previous reviews, know that our mantras are "for the both of us, time is money" and "relationship equity with our clients always comes first". We stand by that as our whole operation is centered around service to our clients for their future growth.
We understand your frustration and deeply regret that the final offerings did not align with your expectations. Our team endeavored to provide the best possible options under the current financial circumstances. We take your feedback seriously as it helps us refine our processes and client communications further. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
