Do not order from Confidita Shop, it is a scam.
I ordered a bottle of sunscreen which arrived no problem at all. I liked the product so much (I thought it was healthy and later discovered it isn't), that I ordered some more and utilised the bulk deal offered so ordered 3 tubes. However, they never arrived. I was given a tracking number and when I accessed this the produce made it all the way to my town but was then returned and sent back to sender. When I questioned this, "Mark" who emailed me said he would look into it. I never received a reply. I requested a refund, still no reply. I chased three more times and heard nothing. I disputed a claim with my bank and they dealt with it and kindly issued a refund. Be careful who you order online with, do not use Confidita.

Do not buy from this company. Fake Goods. I bought the Confidita Factor 50 sunscreen and with only 20 minutes in the sun. I burned my face so badly it was bright red for days. The clue is in the name CON!!!!

The product I received does not match the description. It appears to be made in China, which was not clearly disclosed, and the ingredients listed on the packaging do not match those advertised. Because of these inconsistencies, I believe this product is not authentic and I would not recommend it.

Not a legit company !!!! Do not order!! I don’t know what they put in these bottles but it’s like sewage water it’s really bad.

Never received product emailed them.They sent tracking which states tracking was delivered on veterans day which is not true.There was no united states postal service delivery on that day.Emailed them and basically they're saying for me to contact usps, which I am not going to do.I will dispute this because this is a scam.Do not order from this company!!!

Scam company AVOID! Advertised as natural products but they are not.

FAKE!!! I have tried to contact customer service with over 10 emails and they are ignoring everything I have sent after offering a 50% refund and keep the items. Items are from china and not as desribed, stay away!!

Shocking customer service THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Didnt arrive in the time frame, delayed response from company. Claim they have provided 50% refund without my authorisation.
Do not be fooled by this fraud. In addition, to assit with our formal claim we tested the sunscreen, it provided zero protection resulting in sunburn! Do your research and read the reviews.

My delivery didn’t arrive at my address. The photo of my parcel behind a bin at a different address was apparently enough to say it had arrived and they will not take any further responsibility for the fact that this was not delivered to the correct address. The company have said they will not refund me or re deliver the item despite me not receiving the delivery. This is disgusting. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will not be purchasing from them again.

Total scam company, ordered the 3 beef tallow sunscreens which is expensive and they sent me coconut oil sunscreens. After notifying the company they say they cant find my order and wont do anything to rectify. Never again.

I received the black rice peel and it is awful!! The product pills up, it doesn’t absorb and feels awful, it is not exfoliating and I strongly doubt the ingredients they mention are even in the product. Don’t waste your money!!!

Totally bogus scam!!! Do not order from confidita!! They are not a legit company!! I placed an order in August. $50 and still have not received anything!

Highly dodgey scam- please read reviews before giving them your money! Mine arrived and it is some cheap rubbish from China, reviews of people getting severely burnt, they won’t respond to my emails asking to return product for refund, lodging dispute with bank- this product has not passed the safety and regulatory tests required to be sold in Australia.

No Australian Approval: Confidita is not listed or sold in Australia, meaning it has not undergone the rigorous testing and approval process by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) that all primary sunscreens sold in Australia must complete.

DON’T GET SCAMMED LIKE ME. I saw the Korean rice peel from Confidita on Facebook with realistic video testimonies and written reviews. The website looked legit. I ordered the rice peel kit. The tracking for the shipment was shady and I couldn’t get ahold of them to check on my order. The product eventually came a month later and it’s a cheap product from China. That’s when I saw everyone else’s experiences on here. I can’t believe it was a scam, it looks so real. I hope people learn from my experience. Do your research out there !

Look at Emily Davis on FB, pretending to be a concerned mom worried about chemicals in sunscreen and then omg found the holy grail confidita sunscreen. 17 posts in 2 months. Her derm told her, her pharmacist told her, her kids daycare told her etc. just to rope parents in by sharing her link. Dodge AF
