Not only did it not work, I tried canceling multiple times. But, they require you to call to cancel. I called multiple times to cancel. But, all I would do is get voicemail. It has literally taken me a year to finally get someone on the phone and cancel.

Scammers. No response from support team and no way to cancel your account. Scum of the earth. Avoid at all costs.

I signed up for a trial and they make it impossible to cancel, even though I notified them 2 days prior to the end of the trial. They still charged me and refuse to provide a refund. Do not do business with them.

**UPDATE: After posting a negative review they did provide a refund. That does not change anything in my prior review as it was still a poor experience for which others should be aware.

Stay away from this company. Their software is trash and the info is inaccurate and outdated. I joined their PIN service and quickly realized it was a waste of time and money. They charged me for second month before I canceled. I canceled the very next day so I should have had an entire month of service but they actually cut off my service immediately. That should be criminal.

I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THIS COMPANY IS I HAD TO GOOGLE IT TO FIND OUT BUT I DO KNOW THEY SOMEHOW ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR $1599.00 THE OTHER DAY, THAT BEING SAID, BE CAREFUL OUT THERE, BUT I WILL BE CONTACTING THE AUTHORITIES!

This company posted my home on Google as one of their Investment properties. My home was never for Sale or in Foreclosure. I have reported them to the BBB and will continue to speak out of their unethical procedures to lure people into investing in properties that are not for sale. Consumers do your homework before proceeding to do business with this company.

HORRIBLE! What a huge waste of money. The data is so old and useless it's ridiculous. Even FREE Zillow was 95% more accurate when it came to listed pre-foreclosures. One PIN pre-foreclosure campaign gave me 56 leads. 54 of them were no longer active. The majority of those 54 were between 8 months to a year old. So many were already sold at auction, rehabbed by investor, sold on MLS, and new owner living there. PIN showed them as leads. So many many vacants PINS showed as leads, were not! I drove by all the ones near me. Every single one was occupied. I stopped to speak with some occupants. Some had been living there for up to a year. All their leads are complete garbage and they should be ashamed for being so dishonest. Lucky I was making payments. They took me for $397 for one month. Oh yes!!!!! The free skip tracing is a scam. They use free white pages and the skip tracing data they provide needs to be skip traced. I had a skip traced email address and phone number and name given to me for 8 different houses in 8 different cities. Out of curiosity I did my homework. That info was not associated with any of those houses. But I guess it was easy for them to just provide any info.

I called and called them but no response. They never called me back. I left messages where they promised on VM to call me back, never did!

I finally got an email basically justifying and defending their data. But they offered no solution, no phone call, or no refund. I emailed back again with my concerns about HORRIBLE data, no phone call back, and HORRIBLE customer service. Well I just got a response a week later from some guy with a title. AGAIN, he offered no solutions, help, explanations, or a refund. He told me I can call back if I have concerns. Why would I call if they don't answer or return calls. But the biggest laugh of this email was he gave me 2 separate links stating I can go to if I wanted to change my review on their site.

I was not going to post on Google and just call it a loss. However, that last email really upset me. They offered no help, call, solution, or refund, but they offered for me to change my horrible review.

I don't want any newbie to get ripped off as I did. I don't complain or do reviews. I usually just suck it up as a loss, but they are an absolute joke. I have so so many more examples, but this is long enough.

I have used CI for a year or so. The only plus is the documents area.I find it super cumbersome to use PIN. The info on the non-MLS properties is old out dated and useless. I will not renew another year. I'm better off calling from criss cross directory. Good luck ever getting any funding from anyone on thier lender site. I submitted a deals months ago and never received and calls - the folks that do call to offer loans - the terms are simply outrageous!

Received an e-mail on debt of my account for renewal, if they didn`t think there would be any problem, don`t u think they would ask before they did? It`s a way for them to gig a-lot of people!!

Terrible, terrible company. The other reviews are correct. They tell you on their 'webinars' that you get to try the PiN software for 30 days and if you don't like it you can return it. Well I bought it, NEVER USED A LEAD or any of it (which they can see in their system), and on the 5th day I asked for a refund. They told me that you only have 3 days to get a refund. TOTAL SCAM, and I have the recording of the verbal promise. Total scam, please everyone trust the reviews, this company is a money pit, they don't care about you, their services suck, I wasted $2,000 with them, freakin sucks that such a dishonorable company and Ross Hamilton should be ashamed of himself. I emailed them, called them, a female answered the phone and would not honor it. Talked to a guy there and his voice was condescending and he implied that I was lazy. Well I didn't even want the product, changed my mind, didn't use it one bit, and still they want to keep the money. TOTAL GREED!

Avoid this company unless you want to be lied to. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I purchased PiN on 1/29/2021 with the understanding that there was a 30 day no-questions asked guarantee. Turns out, the company has no intention of honoring their refund policy. It is written in the terms & conditions document. The customer service agent told me that it was only 7 days. They sent me a link and claimed that I used that link to sign up. That was a lie. The link sent showed a price that was $500 more than I paid, and on it the refund period was 3 days.

I would post a screenshot if possible of the terms and conditions where the 30 day refund is stated.
