Rochelle is excellent, but that is not the best part, I have talked with several people over the years, they are always kind, patient, and helpful. We travel all around and won't do it without Connecten!. Thanks Again!

We've called had to call them twice and each time it's been late at night. Jasper was so patient with us and walking us through each step to get our internet restored. I'm thankful they seem to be available 24/7.

I've had it for a whole year it's worked great. The few times I had a little glitche tech support was right there to help. I have to put a special thank you out to Rochelle v. She's been fantastic whenever I had to call.

The quick response to my requests for checking the best carrier have been fantastic. They also have been great to work with on my lack of IT experience and walk me threw my connection issues.

The only reason I am rating this 4 stars and not 5 is because I only used it a month before we packed our camper away. Getting the service was super easy..I love being able to pause it over the winter and like having different service providers. I would definitely recommend to any campers. Switching to a different provider is easy..but my one recommendation would be to have a clear, easy to find process to change cell service provider.

This companies customer service blows most others out the water. Quick responses and straight up answers to your concerns and as always very polite. I like the fact they can log in and quickly make the adjustments to make your internet work better. My recent interactions with Rochelle V. was quick and fast and as always very focused on my issues(thanks Rochelle).
