We've had quite a few teething problems and then issues with the wrong handset provided that took a while to remedy.
Throughout all the problems, Cal was a constant source of contact and support. This rating is for his customer service, and his diligent attempts to remedy our issues. Thank you Cal.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Do not use this company, poor/non-existent customer service. Initially they will act very quickly and give you great service until you sign a contract. Once a contract has been signed they will ignore you and you have to keep chasing them for replies and for any monies owed back to you. Staff attitude is so bad, they just don't care.
I would not recommend trusting this…
I would not recommend trusting this company. If negative stars were possible, that would best reflect our experience with their customer service. Cancelling the service should be straightforward, but Connecting Britain made the process unnecessarily difficult, with attempts to charge additional fees before allowing us to switch providers. We are still due some refunds but they are ignoring all our emails. We won’t be using their services again.
Backdated charges
Signed contract for 2 users , after 22 months they realised they had incorrectly installed 4 - I offered to pay for 4 user for the remainder of the contract , but they were only interested in me signing a new 3 year contract , which I didn’t want to do , as their service has been appalling so far - once their guy knew I wasn’t going to sign a new contract they sent through an invoice for 22 months backdated charges - payment within 48 hours
I have now been suspended and broadband /phones cut off !!

A joke of an operation ran by clowns
This bunch of jokers continue to bill my business even though we’ve been out of contract for over a year. My initial complaint was responded to with a phone call where someone attempted to upsell me their services and they did manage to refund one of the security ‘add ons’ that we’d never requested. I obviously declined any new services. Subsequently I’ve sent in multiple complaints requesting refunds which amount to approximately £1k. I have received no response from them, I still get invoices sent to me every month, and I’m now forced to go down the small claims court route to rid myself of this moronic operation. Avoid these clowns at all costs.

We signed with them on the promise of better broadband connection. It took them OVER A YEAR to install the broadband. The BT engineer that came put said nothing would improve our connection as we are so far away from the connection box!!
As we were having to pay for the rental of the equipment we were told we could claim that money back from Connecting Britain once we were connected,
I have chased and chased and chased for the money, I have raised a complaint which informed me we were entitled to the money and to wait a further 30 days to receive it...that was nearly 6 months ago.
I chase every week and get no response or a' we are looking into it'!!!!
AND WE STILL DON'T HAVE A PHONE LINE INSTALLED !!

I have had a number of times where calls to the 'landline' number have not reached the mobile - I appreciate that when i make a call to yourselves you rectify the situation, it's happened 3 times now - the last fix a couple weeks will be it - one way or another.

Was promised a 30 day install and paid up front, it took 6 months to install the broadband line and phone package. The complaints handling was farcical, and we were basically ignored, they did not provide a requested refund. We finally did get the package but I am afraid this company are "cowboys" and should be avoided at all costs.

I had an issue with my phone system this morning. I called Marcus in support and was told that it was a known issue that they were already working to resolve.
Marcus called me back when the issue was fixed, approx 40 minutes after my initial call.
