She took the time to reach out when I had almost given up, and that personal touch truly helped me to get back on track and complete the course.

If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be to include more interactive elements or live check-ins during the course to maintain motivation and a sense of connection, especially for learners studying independently over a longer period.

I appreciate the way she responded to my many emails. Patiently answering all my doubts. Ed, was my assessor for only a short term but without his help I would have not completed my course before the deadline. Ed made sure to correct my work and give constructive feedback on time.
