Excellent conservatory company and recommended installation

From the start, CL were brilliant. Even when half way to delivery I changed the specs. During the build ( did it myself) they were on hand to point me in the right direction from petty, can't find this ( there is a lot in the kit!) to how do I do this. Afterwards there was a problem with the harsh Cornish weather attacking the gold handles. CL said they couldn't help with any ideas to protect them but sent me another set to try polish every week to keep them looking nice. All in all a brilliant (albeit daunting!!) experience. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Very pleased with the conservatory . The team are very professional in there work . The builders and Chris the conservatoryland man have been very helpful thro out the build. Would recommend the company to future buyers.

Really great service, the finance was so helpful and easy and installers were good. The inside of the conservatory is left unfinished so you can get builders to finish it off for you.

The customer service was perfect until we got the quotation of our conservatory and did the payment. We took conservatory with installation service which is charged separately. With regards to conservatory, we did not have clarity about flooring in quotation, if it will be included in service or not. I think it would be better to mention it explicitly in the quotation that flooring is not included. being a new customer who did not know anything about conservatory installation it came as a surprise towards the end that we need to do flooring ourselves.

In terms of installation service (conservaBase) we are very disappointed. There were few issues with gutter installation and the door locks, for which we tried reaching out to the installation guy but even after chasing for 4 months, no response and no one came to have a look at fixing issues.

Everything that was promised was delivered, a great service from start to finish and a great quality product installed within days, really pleased with quality and service. Thank you

ConservatoryLand took my home from what I felt was unachievable to having a lovely conservatory, from dream to reality. I didn’t think an extension was achievable but ConservatoryLand was the only website where I could truly see illustrative costs of an extension. Their team were really responsive to my queries without any pressure. Once I was sure I wanted to proceed, there were a number of payment options which provided a really flexible approach to paying for it. The ConservatoryLand contract builder was excellent and provided a really friendly and hard working service. If a conservatory is a dream which feels unachievable, give ConservatoryLand a try-it worked for me.

Conservatoryland staff were very friendly and professional at all times. All contact by telephone was immediately answered. The video call was very helpful and all questions were answered and the survey followed within 7 days of the order.
The installers removed my old conservatory and built the new one within 4 days.
The installation team worked very hard in hot weather and were always friendly, courteous, respectful of my property - they are great guys and I would highly recommend them.
I was very happy with the whole process. Everything arrived as described and on schedule.
I am very impressed with the build quality and the new conservatory has made a huge difference to my bungalow and my enjoyment of my garden for years to come.

Looks amazing to be honest. If you do buy one and are lucky enough to have Roy as your builder he won't let you down. He Did an outstanding job.

What a great company they looked after us from visiting the company keeping us informed all the way through the process. We had waited a long time to have a lean to and we was helped all the way. The installer that came was great they worked hard and the lean to was finished in 3 days as they said it would be.All rubbish was cleared.

If you were unsure about this company don’t be they are brilliant from begening to end from the price to the construction and even small problems they sort it all out for you l am delighted with my conservatory and all the help l have recieved from its staff very well run company

After several years of looking for either an affordable single storey extension or conservatory that would be large enough to comfortably accommodate a pool table with enough space for seating and other items. I thought that it would not be affordable to make that project happen, until I discovered Conservatory Land. From the initial simple to use 'design your own' specifications and style the creation of a realistic visualisation of the conservatory in place to the immediate quote generator , I knew that this would work. The follow-up conversations improved the experience further as the Conservatory Land sales representative even assisted with fine tuning the deign, which brought the cost down slightly. This stage was quickly followed with detailed design plans for my review. After which it was simply being assigned a recommended and approved installer, who visited my home and took measurements and fed those back to the technical design team. The design team were then able to finalise the design and incorporate a change to the ConservaBase to permit access to an inspection hatch underneath the conservatory. From here the next steps were as straight forward as agreeing the installation and coinciding delivery date for all the necessary components. The installer was here for the delivery and checked all the components were accounted for and stored correctly. Commencement of the conservatory build was efficient and despite some typical wet summer days, the metal base was quickly erected and ready for the insulation and wooden floorboards. The installers were able build the conservatory quickly and were impeccable with the finish and even cleaned every window pane and surface. In addition the installers tidied up after every day and ensured all of the discarded material and rubble was removed following completion. I would fully recommend ConservatoryLand to any home owner that wishes to not only extend their home but also because of the clean and straight forward process involved from start to the very elegant finish.
