I'm very glad they reached out and offered help after I posted about my predicament on reddit.
I am a student and was in a financially stressful situation after having the worst experience with a laptop repair with a shop where my laptop which just had a bad screen, but turning on and working with an external screen, was returned to me in a dead condition after almost 3 weeks, after i refused to pay a quote that increased that had increased 5 times the original quote.
These guys helped me with very unbiased advice, drafting letters at each stage and suggested me all options but let me control the narrative. I can say I felt supported all the way and was able to recover damage costs with their help within 4 days.
