Cancel that 1 star, People of Richmond, you all need to be very aware of smile Direct Club in general, in April my daughter arranged for a fitting, we paid an initial $250 deposit & agreed to pay $80 per month, 6 weeks later the teeth aligners arrived but after a couple of days they started to make her gums bleed, we complained & returned the teeth aligners to the location in Richmond, we were waiting & waiting. 4 months went by, every time we called we were promised over & over again that the teeth aligners would be arriving any day, obviously we had enough & canceled, after two more months of phone calls between smile Direct Club & their so called finance company, we were told that we would only be receiving the $250 deposit & that I would not be receiving the 5 months of payments because I had received the product earlier?, makes no sense except that there just out to rip of customers of there hard earned money, (ruthless company)
Took a chance on another company & it’s all good now.
II wish someone had warned me like I’m warning you.
Just walk away.

I am an older man that scheduled with Purple Heart to move me from Texas to Washington. It was a difficult and scary decision for me but had to be made. I contacted Purple Heart to ask questions and start the process. It was a quick decision because the person I talked to was so great in walking me through process and very supportive knowing I was alone and nervous. Moving day came and I was a nervous wreck. All of the men right from the start were very professional, polite, and kept telling me not to worry they would take care of me!! They did for sure take care of all my treasures (to me at least). They also kept the move right on schedule and and quickly got me into my new spot! It went so well. I was very grateful I had chosen such a solid moving company even for my small job they treated it with importance!! All of the team shook my hand when finished and thanked me and vice versa!! I sure know who to call if I move again!!! Thanks!

This marketing company is paid by the companies listed on their website. They are paid more to withhold any negative reviews a that are carefully analyzed and only reviews where the consumer is blaming the wrong person are posted in order to not appear to be withholdin the negative reviews while still ensuring the company maintains a good reputation.

I like how the their platform works

Hard to take a company seriously when their top rated reviews are from paid partnerships. The more they pay them to be featured, the higher they are ranked. This is extremely deceptive. Yes, they put disclaimer on top, but a site built on supposed reviews is purely a marketing scam.
