Our experience of Contando has been first-rate from onboarding onwards. Migration was incredibly smooth, they are always responsive to queries, their work is always accurate as is their communication. Being a small team really seems to suit them, and their attention to detail and willingness to engage marks them apart. Since onboarding for accountancy services, we have also brought aboard our payroll, where again they have consistently excelled. Nothing but good things to say about Heather & Marco and I unreservedly recommend their work.

Following a demerger we outsourced our charity's finance support and appointed Contando as our financial partner. We have been really impressed with the quality support and professionalism. Marco at Contando delivered a very efficient and professional service for our Xero project. He communicated with us clearly at all times and I was kept well aware of progress on the project. Any queries on our brief were sent through on a timely basis and meant that the project stayed on track. Marco was able to accommodate a couple of minor changes to the brief within the proposed timelines, which was hugely appreciated.
