The output of their Content at Scale AI generated writing is crap. I had to rewrite and rewrite again to get a 100% human approval rating. So, what is the purpose of paying them $49.00 per month when I have to put in the work myself? None! So, I tried to cancel after the first day. This is where the nightmare began. I typed cancel into their chat. I got links that don't work or take you to the billing page with no direction on how to cancel. Then, I read in a Google search that I had to download their app to cancel. I looked for the app, but Content at Scale has no app in the Apple Store. There are different-named apps that this company produces, but not any under their name that I could find. Any company that makes it hard for someone to cancel their app is nothing but trouble. This company is like a horror movie. Once you get in, you can't get out. Stay far away from this company. I am still searching for a way to get rid of their subscription, 3 hours later, mind you.

Content at Scale review: the software is too buggy and doesn't save inputs properly. The company makes updates to its tools without fully testing them. I have to spend hours to update their low-quality content. The worst part is their AI rewrite tool doesn't even pass its own AI detection. Stick with Jasper AI. I will say that their software was better before the most recent updates (during my trial period), and then they messed it up when I upgraded. Unfortunately, they're just trying to make a quick buck. Just watch videos of the CEO on YouTube, she is not professional.

The Low Volume Generative AI version is not worth it. You are better off just using Chat GPT 4 or Quillbot. I have a small digital agency and wanted to try it out and it's not intuitive at all. The tutorials on Youtube are for the High Volume plan so I assumed some of the features would also be in the Low Volume plan. They are not. I had it just a couple of hours and cancelled the plan and asked for a refund. They would not oblige. Do not waste your money.

They sent me 4 emails offering a deal, but pulled a “bait and switched” when I tried to redeem it, telling me the offer no longer existed. And then emailed it to me AGAIN after this offering the same promo! So I tried to redeem it one more time and instead spent 3 hours chatting with them as they essentially used me to troubleshoot the problem. In the end they told me they wouldn’t honor the offer and sent a link to sign up at double the price.

ChatGPT for more money but much worse. Even their prompt library is just embarrassing. You can find better on reddit for free.

Contentatscale.ai's refusal to provide these common industry standards left me feeling trapped in a service that failed to meet its promises. In summary, Contentatscale.ai has not lived up to its claims or customer expectations. I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality, speed, and overall service provided. My hope is that the company will seriously consider reevaluating its offerings to ensure a more positive and reliable experience for its customers.

If you are considering Contentatscale.ai, I strongly urge you to think twice and explore other alternatives with a proven track record of quality and customer-centric policies.

I bought a $40 trial with them, as the cheapest subscription was $250 so thill will give me a chance to assess the quality of their service, but sadly they produced article are beyond pathetic, seriously unusable content.
Now I see they have just charged the same visa card I used for the trial with $250 without authorisation.
Stay away from these scammers!

AT first it was really useful then 49/month it cost even more than Grammarly it too much , it really disappointing

Run away from this company, this is the worst IA tool I tried, and I tried many. I have got in my output mixes of French and English language. And more than once the sentence stars in the middle, there is no beginning ! So it's like you have to guess… To make things worst, they don't have a refund policy, which means you are going to waste your money.

Please, please, please, do not spend ANY money on this tool!!! This is the worst AI software I have ever used in my life. The good reviews are only coming from their affiliate partners. Believe me, ChatGpt does a better job!
