Excellent excellent marketing strategly

I hired Convex Digital Solutions to redesign and maintain my small business website, Four Eye Books. At first, things seemed to be going well — the team was responsive, and the early drafts looked promising. But communication soon became inconsistent, and I was never given full ownership or hosting access. Despite paying for both the redesign and a maintenance plan, I received little follow-through or documentation.

I had a limited budget and trusted them to guide me honestly, but by the end, I felt taken advantage of. When I hired another freelancer to help me regain control of my site, they found malware, unnecessary plugins, and security issues that I had to pay out of pocket to fix. What began with optimism ended with frustration, stress, and additional expenses.

I don’t recommend Convex Digital Solutions.

I can’t compliment Alex enough. From start to finish he was extremely responsive and had great attention to detail. From the logo to my website, I’m extremely happy with how things turned out!

Fast and clean design

Alex was awesome and super responsive and made several revisions and got the design. Perfect just how I wanted it. Great company would recommend anyone.
