I honestly cannot thank the quote team of PCS Legal enough for the help and support they have given me during what has been a very stressful situation.
Due to an issue with my chosen mortgage lender and my original conveyancing solicitors not being on their panel, I suddenly had to change solicitors and get everything moving again. The situation could have been a complete nightmare, but Shane Bola went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted.
Shane’s communication, professionalism, urgency and willingness to help have been absolutely exceptional. He made a stressful situation feel so much more manageable and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was dealt with properly and quickly.
I really cannot recommend Shane highly enough. Shane is an absolute credit to the company and, quite frankly, deserves a promotion and a pay rise! 😂
