Have just completed our fourth property sale/purchase with Cookestates. I first got to know them after being gazumped on a property purchase ten years ago. They searched out an excellent property which turned out to be a fantastic investment. I have just completed my latest property sale with them, and as always they have been communicative, reliable and intelligent and got the job done fantastically even in the currently tricky sales climate, thoughtful and strategic, resulting in a great price for the house that I'm happy with. I absolutely trust them and they are so good to work with. Highly recommend.

We initially bought a buy-to-let flat through them, the process was extremely smooth. our experience was so good that we decided to appoint them as our managing agents, we were not disappointed. I have dealt with Cooke Estates since 2008 when my Aunt sadly passed away. I decided to keep the flat at Arbor Court until my children were old enough to benefit. They have been exceptional ….
