Advertised horse riding in Greece for €34 euros. We booked. A day later got a message from the trekking center saying we still had €70 to pay. Weren't told we were going to have to pay more through the booking process. Complained and were told we were NOT going to get out money back.

Our guide was great! He was knowledgeable about CW and shared a wealth of information about what we could do on our own.
Will was punctual and considerate about our comfort.

Everything went smooth. People were great to work with and right on time. No complaints.

Great guide, well thought out timing allowed us to be on the outdoor glass elevator just as the sunset. Highly recommend

Great! Enjoyed seeing the dolphins, listening to music and the sunset was beautiful! Staff were friendly and Captain Morgan was great. Would recommend 100%.

Easy to book!

Beware! They are a 4th party travel agency.they actually booked the trip through trip advisor. I accidentally booked the drift fishing trip in Fort Lauderdale twice and they are refusing to give me any money back even though drift fishing refunded my money to them. They are essentially committing theft.Customer service has used every trick to give me the run around. I had to call the police today and file a dispute with my bank. I strongly advise to not use them .Book directly with the fish drift company it’s only 80 dollars and they always have space available.joy in customer service is the worse.please do not use them this is a real review

Was easy to complete the reservation process online and the people we got hooked up with at roosters rentals helpful and wonderful to deal with

It was a better price as all Australia destination are having packages for either 4 or or elderly. Cool destination is a good option for solo or 2 persons

Great people to work with

Our snow shoeing trip was cancelled by our guide; due to lack of snow and wanting to reschedule. Cancellation & refund was agreed upon. We paid extra for a fully refundable trip, The caviat to Cool Destinations refund policy is to refund into a wallet on their site for me to use in the future. This was in the agreement that I should have looked at better but assumed a refund would go to my credit card. I have contacted their customer support many times for a possible refund to my credit card but keep getting the same response for this policy and that "I agreed to it".....

Our experience was great because our guide took good care of us in the extreme heat. He was also knowledgeable and very accommodating.

Our skipper was a local and very knowledgeable about the area. He provided a perfect blend of information and entertainment to give us a fun trip on a beautiful night!
