Estetik ameliyat sonuçlarından hiç memnun değilim, benim için sonuç sıfır. Doktor, ameliyat öncesinde benimle ne yapacağı konusunda hiçbir bilgi paylaşmadı. Ameliyatın üzerinden 8 ay geçmiş olmasına rağmen yara izleri hala belirgin. Doktor deri altı dokularında herhangi bir gevşetme işlemi yapmadı. Yüz germe operasyonu başarısız oldu, bu yüzden bu hastanede bu tür bir operasyon yaptırmayı kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.
Çalışan ekip olarak ilgi ve alaka çok iyiydi, fakat burada önemli olan sadece iyi muamele değil, sonuçlar. Maalesef sonuçlar beklentilerimin çok altında kaldı.

I was booked in for a full MMO with Dr Barankul. Flew out on the 30.12.24 and was picked up at the airport and taken straight to the Coolest Clinic and shown to my room. Not long’s after the surgeon came to see me , talked me through the procedure and marked my body up. He was very gentle, calm and reassuring as he talked to me , I instantly liked him and felt at ease . He spoke to my husband and assured him I would be fine and back in no time.
Surgery went very well without any complications or issues. The nurses kept coming into change my drips once they had finished and checked my vitals.
Food was delivered to our room three times a day and always hot , tasty and very welcome. Some of the nursing / catering staff don’t speak English however that didn’t matter when they were stroking my hair and kissing my forehead. Language didn’t matter I felt cared for and safe !
The surgeon came to see me the very next day and told me how well everything had gone and he was very happy with the result that he got. He complemented me saying I looked very well and that I have perfect health for my age , I’m 57.
I got up and walked up and down the corridor at the hospital as advised and was encouraged to do so to help with swelling , Dr Barankul doesn’t use drains so I was very relieved about that and I’ve had zero issues from not having them.
Went to the Bricks hotel on day three and our room was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
Day three and Nepal came to the hotel and gave me a shower and changed my dressings , her English is excellent and she could answer all of my questions and advise me if needed. She is absolutely amazing and keeps in touch with me offering advise and asking for updated pictures of my progress. The day before I flew home I went back to the Coolest Clinic for my dressing change and discharge from Dr Barankul care.
The whole experience from the first initial conversation with the coordinator Serhan right to the drop off by the taxi driver was outstanding. A friend of mine recommended Dr Barankul to me for his fine , hairlike incisions and his precisions and neatness. I am more than happy with my incisions and although I’m only 20 days post op they look amazing and have healed beautifully. I have had no issues , complications at all and was given all of the meds that I need to be able to clean and dress my incisions. I can’t thank this wonderful surgeon and his team enough for my life changing results and know that if I return for more work in the future then Dr Barankul will be my choice again. Everything went so smoothly and there is nothing that I can give negative feedback to. I return to my job this Thursday and I’m more than grateful and pleased to be in a position to do so.
In terms of pain management, there wasn’t any pain only discomfort from the abs that were repaired and felt like I had worked out in the gym for too long. This discomfort has now gone and I’m able to cough and sneeze freely without any discomfort. Please take my recommendation to choose this team and you will not be disappointed with your experience. I thank you all for taking such good care of not only myself but my husband to we are forever grateful for your kindness , communication and efforts made to ensure we had the best stay with you and that I was happy with surgery. Thank you doesn’t seem enough when an amazing surgeon has changed your life . So much respect and gratitude to Dr Barankul and his wonderful team.

Ho fatto un intervento di mastopessi consigliata dal dottore Orhan tugrul...gli avevo chiesto di mettermi le protesi e sistemare la simmetria invece mi ha rovinata il seno...ora sono peggio di prima e senza protesi....ho anche rischiato di perdere i seni per un suo errore nn mettendo i drenaggi e ho avuto anche un infezione sicuramente proveniente dalla sala operatoria che nn ho mai visto per mi ignettavano l'anestesia davanti le porte del ascensore...e nn parliamo del suo calciatore di clienti il signor ibran falso imbroglioni tutti nn andate in questa clinica ....io Pultroppo ci sono capitata delle loro promesse di hotel 5 stelle da fare schifo....e intervento da professionisti che grazie a loro mi hanno rovinata la vita e devo rifare il tutto...ladri di soldi e basta

Non dovrei mettere neanche una stella comunque, mia moglie doveva fare una mastopessi con protesi perché farla senza aveva paura di perdere la sua misura di seno,abbiamo trovato questa clinica tramite il referente Ibram che per telefono sembrava una persona disponibilissima e ci ha fatto conoscere il chirurgo Orhan Tugrul in quanto medico ha consigliato di non mettere le protesi perché mia moglie aveva già una 5,tutto questo per telefono. Arrivati all'aeroporto Istanbul abbiamo aspettato 1h il transfert per l'hotel, già il.primo indizio, siamo arrivati in hotel prenotato da Ibram e li è cominciato il calvario sporco letti sfatti ci abbiamo fatto cambiare la stanza ma andava sempre peggio. Il giorno dopo Ibram ci preleva con un taxi per andare in clinica e li ho capito che non c'era nulla di organizzato con la clinica ,arrivati dopo 1ora entrimo in clinica dove c'era polvere ovunque per lavori interni senza circoscrivere il cantiere, saliti in reparto facciamo il colloquio con il chirurgo che ci spiega il suo lavoro no gli facciamo delle domande riguardo le dimensioni che devono rimanere uguali la rotondità dei seni visto che il medico insisteva a non mettere le protesi e noi eravamo per le protesi perché sapevamo che sarebbero scese di nuovo,Orhan sì è arrabbiato e per farci contenti ci ha detto ok vuoi le protesi va bene, noi gli abbiamo detto che non siamo bambini che fli dai la caramella e via, abbiamo semplicemente un dubbio che senza le protesi se ne scende come prima,lui ci ha detto che valuta durante l'operazione se metterle o no ok ci fidiamo, intanto Ibram dal prezzo pattuito con protesi toglie 250€ e gli chiedo così poco costano le protesi li capisco che è un furfante fa i prezzi a modo suo tira per le sue tasche. Dopo l'intervento esce mia moglie dalla sala e noto che non ha drenaggi e non gli hanno messo le protesi però il risultato sembrava ottimo forse perché era gonfio,Orhan è venuto in camera ci ha spiegato l'intervento che ha tolto la pelle per alzare e del grasso per renderle uguali perfetto rimaniamo io e mia moglie dopo3 ore d'intervento incomicia l'incubo un seno diventa nero e gonfio sembrava che stava scoppiando chiamo l'infermiera che chiama tutta l'equipe Orhan compreso e riportano mia moglie in sala operatoria perché aveva in entrambi i seni emorragia che senza drenaggi ha causato questo ,altre2h intervento dopo è uscita con i drenaggi, io penso se li metteva prima? Li ha fatto un grave sbaglio il chirurgo Orhan. Poi vedendo il seno nei giorni successivi notiamo che c'è differenza e loro ci dicono no è normale ci vuole tempo, noi insistiamo che non sembrano uguali e Orhan ci dice che non si possono fare perfettamente uguali ok ma almeno quasi simili. dimessi dalla clinica dopo un giorno che a me sembra sbagliato ancora tutte le ferite due interventi subiti in mezza giornata boo,comunque Ibram ci preleva sempre con un taxi e andiamo a cercare un hotel quando aveva tutto il tempo per trovarlo mentre noi eravamo in clinica ,incomincia la ricerca ma alla fine un hotel economico perché così gli rimangono più soldi a Ibram .dopo un 4 giorni abbiamo la visita di controllo in clinica ,ci rivediamo con il chirurgo Orhan lui insiste che è un ottimo risultato e noi gli facciamo notare che c'è una bella differenza tra i due seni, lui ci risponde se dopo tre mesi vedi che non ti piace vieni e te li sistemo senza pagare. Così ci liquida con questa idea
Ora sono passati 2 mesi il medico non siamo riusciti a contattarla Ibram dice che siamo cattivi perciò siamo lamentati tutto il tempo, ora se dobbiamo riparare il danno estetico vogliono altri soldi.Sono dei truffatori Ibram perché tirava per le sue tasche e neanche una ricevuta di pagamento, mi viene da pensare che Orhan non è un vero chirurgo ma una macellaio perché non ha rovinato solo mia moglie ma altre due ragazze. Vergognoso

Personale altamente qualificato , un gran complimento al dottore Orhan e alle sue capacità straordinarie.
Clinica altamente rispettosa di tutti gli standard da quelli igienico sanitarie a quelli professionali , specialmente la donna che si occupava dei pasti che , a modo suo , mi coccolava e rendeva quel momento unico.
Sono pienamente soddisfatta in primis dal lavoro svolto e soprattutto dalla clinica che mi ha fatto sentire a casa con i suoi infermieri gentilissimi , Alina , faruk e Alì con cui ho legato subito. In futuro ritornerò sicuramente consiglio vivamente di contattare questa clinica senza esitare ' io sto benissimo nessun problema che Dio benedica me' e il dottore..

Fantastic professional experience from start to finish. The hospital, staff, surgeon, hotel, transfers everything was exceptional. Everything was organised for me to make the whole experience seamless.
I was supported and looked after the whole time and nothing was too much trouble. The surgeon was very experienced and skilful and I’m absolutely thrilled with my results.
I would 100% recommend the surgeon and clinic to my friends and family and if I decided to have anything else done I’d go back to this hospital again.

Over the moon how my treatment went dr Baran advised me on what he thought was best and didn’t just take my money for what I wanted , I had a boob reduction an uplift and implant plus lipo on stomach and sides healing really well I’m only 12 days post op aswell massive thanks to the head nurse nupel she helped me shower the following day and has been a real help through healing I can text her at any time of day even since I’ve arrived home we may not be in the same country but she’s my speed dial number one for any problems concerns or worries I may have so glad I chose this clinic Thankyou so much can’t wait to see my end result 🩷

The care and service i have received was 5 star. Bricks hotel is lovely as always. Transfer from airport and to the hospital from Sinan was seamless and he cudnt do enough to help.

Burak and Recep, are both so friendly and will help any way they can.

The nurses in the hospital were all so lovely and caring.

Nupel you were so kind helping me at the hotel, u were kind and considerate and it was so lovely seeing you again.

And finally Dr Baran, worked ur magic again, he listened to my concerns and we talked through the treatment and recovery, thank you for being such a big part of my journey.

I recently had my tummy tuck ,360 lipo and bbl at the coolest clinic. Honestly shout out to the whole team from the doctor to the nurses and the driver aswell

But special thanks to the aftercare head nurse Nupel all I can say is that she really went above and beyond to look after me and she continued to monitor my progress even after I got back home . She’s amazing ❤️

C’etait l’une de mes meilleures expériences de chirurgie esthétique. Les services offerts, la nourriture et le personnel étaient impeccable. J’ai eu un coup de cœur avec une des infirmières qui s’appelle Nupel!

I chose my surgeon Dr Baran Kul on recommendations from 2 friends, they had both had tummy tuck and had excellent results. It’s a minefield when researching where to go so a personal recommendation where I can personally see the results was a no brainer.
I contacted via WhatsApp, it was all very straight forward Burak was excellent and gave me as much information as I’d asked for. I sent pictures and explained what I was looking to achieve from the surgery. I paid the deposit and then waited. Sometimes I felt like I could have been providing with more info but realistically there wasn’t any need I knew what I needed to.
I went alone for the surgery which is my only regret, don’t get me wrong I could manage physically being alone but it is tough mentally being away from my family.
I messaged Burak the day before explaining I was nervous, he’s was very reassuring.
I arrived at the airport and communication was very clear as to where I’d be collected and what happened next.
I was taken to the bricks hotel, which was lovely. The staff were helpful and polite. That night in the hotel I was very emotional but thanks to FaceTime I was able to speak with my family. The food in the hotel was brilliant. They have a full room service menu and a restaurant and cafe.
The next morning I was collected from the hotel at 6am and taken to the clinic. I had the chance to speak with a patient who had also had surgery she was lovely and help put my mind at ease. On the way they stopped at a shop for me so I could get some supplies.
At the clinic I was greeted and shown to my private room. I had my bloods taken but due to being so worked up and nervous I passed out. I can’t tell you enough how patient and caring they were with me. I met dr opbarankul and his team, they were lovely. We discussed what I wanted and then he told me what he would do to help to achieve what I wanted, we discussed an implant but decided against it. I had my marking done and waited to be taken down.
Next thing I know I’m back in the room with compression machine on my legs. I felt fine. Once I’d come round they encouraged me to get out of bed for a walk straight away. It was lonely on my own but everyone was lovely. The nurses and the surgeons team would help me stay calm and the lady’s that brought my food couldn’t speak any English (I was in Turkey after all) but would give me a hug or a kiss on the forehead. The food was quite traditional Turkish food, it was always delicious and tasty. Water was constantly replaced. Burak was brilliant bringing me things I needed, like juice and a phone charger. I had my dressings changed daily and painkillers were effective. I didn’t receive much help when needling the bathroom but I managed and I suppose I needed to do it for myself. After 2 nights at the clinic I returned to the Bricks hotel. My room was large and very clean. Breakfast is included in your stay and they have a large buffet which is very well stocked. Fresh cooked food as well as fruit, cereals, breads, yoghurts. It was delicious. I treated myself to a club sandwich and fries on room service, it was 10/10. It’s all reasonable priced.
I had 3 lymphatic drainage massages whilst at the hotel. Which Burak arranged. He was lovely, and nice to have someone to talk to.
Nupel came to change my dressings for the final. time, I was quite emotional she was very comforting, she helped me shower and reassured me. Again the painkillers and medication they supplied me where sufficient.
It’s more uncomfortable than painful. I recommend downloading vpn app so you can watch online streaming.
I went home after 5 days, the airport is big and the airport assistance was quite a wait so I made my own way to the gate. It wasn’t the most comfortable flight but it was manageable the airline staff were helpful with my bags.

Since returning home Iv had lots of contact with Nupel. Sending her pics of my recovery and asking anything Iv not been to sure of. She has been very helpful.
I’m now 8 weeks post op, all my incisions have healed great my belly button still needs a little longer. I feel amazing and have just been able to start exercising again.
I’d say the first 4 weeks are the toughest then it starts easing daily.

I’m over the moon with my results and I would recommend the coolest clinic to anyone. I feel like a new person, I could never have dreamed the shape he has achieved.

I recently had a fantastic surgical experience at the Coolest Clinic in Istanbul, with Dr Baran-Kul and I could not be happier with my Mommy Makeover. I had an incredible start to my journey with my "chaperone" Burak, who's communication was excellent and the information he provided before I even stepped on the plane, made me so comfortable with what I was about to undertake. Dr Baran-Kul was highly recommended to me and I would have absolutely no hesitation in passing that recommendation on to anyone who is considering going for surgery- go this clinic. Everything was so clear to me from the off and all the staff at the clinic went out of their way to make such a daunting process so worthwhile and effortless.

From the moment I stepped off the plane, I was greeted by a lovely man who transported us to our hotel. The next day at the clinic we were met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff were professional, friendly, and extremely attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. My hubby was even able to stay overnight for 2 nights with me.

The surgery itself was a great success, thanks to the skilled hands of the talented medical team at the clinic. They were thorough in explaining the procedure, never pushy in approach, answering all my questions, and ensuring that I felt comfortable every step of the way. Devo dire che all’inizio mi ero trovato bene con il mio contatto ma poi una volta lì devo dire che si sono comportati male soprattutto il dottor che mi ha operato: il suo nome è ORHAN TUGRUL, il quale dopo esserci ovviamente messi d’accordo sul prezzo prima di partire e avevo chiesto espressamente che mi serviva la ricevuta lui ha preso tempo finché è arrivato il giorno in cui io sarei dovuto partire se io avessi voluto la ricevuta con l’importo che ho pagato per fare l’operazione avrei dovuto pagare 1500 € in più. questa a casa mia si chiama TRUFFA! non fidatevi fatevi fare la ricevuta prima di essere operati anche se vi inventano 1000 scuse che hanno tante operazioni da fare che in quel momento non possono farvi la ricevuta e ve la faranno dopo l’operazione perché poi dopo una volta che tu avrai fatto l’operazione loro non ti daranno mai più la ricevuta! Ho provato a chiamare direttamente la Clinica ma mi chiudono il telefono, piuttosto come ho detto se riuscite fatevela fare prima oppure se avete l’urgenza di essere operati e vi dicono ve la diamo dopo andateli a denunciare alla polizia immediatamente. Quello che fanno loro non va bene assolutamente anche perché io vivendo in un altro paese che non è l’Italia per motivi lavorativi potevo essere rimborsato di più del 90% di quello che ho pagato l’intervento invece così sono rimasto con un pugno di mosche. State attento a quel dottore lui è il primo ladro che lavora in quella clinica, è tutto studiato tavolino per la gente che viene da fuori. Ve lo ripeto per la 100ª volta state attenti amici miei non fatevi fregare piuttosto siate ripetitivi fino alla morte perché voi avete tutto il diritto di ricevere quello che chiedete perché pagate !

Not so much to do with the clinic I’ve never been and read amazing reviews regarding the surgeons work and the nurses! This is about the agents they have to book in operations. Person I spoke to had a terrible attitude and because I was asking questions and changing my mind on what surgeries I wanted i was told I need to make up my mind and that I kept asking questions every day to which I replied you need to expect to be answering a lot of questions when discussing life changing operations!! Then because I said I was shopping around different clinics to find the best results/prices I was told ‘go with another clinic you don’t need us I won’t be answering you anymore’ completely unprofessional! Throwing tantrums because I was considering other clinics which most people don’t jump to book the first clinic they have contact with! Maybe the clinic need some new and better booking agents that can actually have patience and treat patients with respect!!

Es war die schlechteste und schlimmste Erfahrung meines Lebens, zumal das meine erste Schönheitsoperation war(Mommy Makeover). Nach 3 Kindern war nichts mehr wie es sein sollte und ich habe mich auf die Suche nach einer Klinik gemacht, auch in Deutschland. Mir wurden Preise ab 20.000 Euro angeboten, das war weit mehr als ich es mir leisten konnte also suchte ich in der Türkei. Ich habe mit mehreren Kliniken Kontakt aufgenommen und habe mich dann für die Coolest clinic entschieden. Es wurde mit dem Oberarzt der Klinik geworben (Dr. BARAN KUL) den ich nicht einmal zu Gesicht bekommen habe. Bei mir sollte eine Bruststraffung mit Implantaten, Bauchdeckenstraffung mit Vaserliposuction und eine BBL. Brust musste insgesamt 3 mal korrigiert werden, es wurde an den seitlichen Oberschenkeln fett abgesaugt für den Transfer in den Po. Mein Po ist nach wie vor Flach und die Aussenseiten meiner Oberschenkel haben Dellen und Krater nach der Absaugung, es wurde absolut nicht proportional Abgesaugt. Patientenbetreuung einen einzige Katastrophe... bis zum OP Tag sehr freundlich, alle Fragen werden beantwortet, ab der OP musst du mit 1-2 Wochen Rückmeldung rechnen wenn du Fragen bzgl deiner OP hast... die einzigen die toll waren, waren die Pfleger.... also bitte Finger weg von dieser Klinik....!!!!!!!!
