Brilliant product, didn’t realise you would need an external speaker so I contacted customer service who were excellent. By the way it does tell you that an external speaker is needed in the blurb which I missed. Love the design, I bought it for that really.

I can not review the product since I did not receive it due to the carrier being sub par. After trying and failing to get the package delivered for 2 weeks I asked to get a refund. This was agreed upon and promised within a few working days. That was 3 weeks ago but despite several contacts with support, always promptly and politely answered I still don’t see the money in my account.

Thank you very much for your efficiency. I am writing this email to acknowledge receipt of your replacement part and to commend your promptness and excellent service.

It was a very good product but I was unlucky with a faulty one. However this was rectified quickly by a very good customer service team.

Great product. CD player was exactly as promoted and looks so cool on the wall. Sinced up with my speakers and battery lasts a long time between charges.
Customer service is also top notch. Great follow thru.

We had an initial issue with the first system they sent us. They asked for a video of the issue and I sent it to them. After some discussion they decided to send me a new one. It came a few days later and so far, no issues. Love it. Thanks

The VS-01 Vertical Turntable and M1 CD Player from CoolGeek (both Bluetooth) and absolutely amazing. They both easily connect to Bluetooth and have excellent quality sound. I know some people have queried the female voice that 'announces' "Phono Mode" but it is only a split second, and then she's done. It doesn't in any way detract from the quality units that they are. Shipping was quick and the communication from the Support Staff in Customer Care is next level..!! Especially Cici. All my emails were responded to very quickly and all my queries answered fully. I can't recommend them enough..!!!!!

Great looking and functioning CD player. Really like it. Mine was missing the front dust cover on arrival and too a few months and emails to get the replacement but they took care of it.

Take their reviews with a pinch of salt. I submitted a negative review and oddly it wasn't published although positive reviews submitted after mine were. Draw your own conclusions.

A very good product and the follow up service was excellent. V happy.

Had a fault with my M1 CD player the sound was very bad.
I emailed Coolgeek and they responded quickly they asked me send short video of the sound and the CD player working.
They sent out the middle part and the player is perfect now.
Coolgeek updated me about everything would 100% recommend Coolgeek.

I ordered one of their picture frame CD players and had an issue with it not actually being able to play anything. So I emailed them about my situation, they asked me to film and send it to them to analyse, then they sent me a replacement part.
But throughout this, they were the most polite and easy to communicate with company I've ever come across in my life. I even mentioned some observations which they took notice of. I honestly wish more companies were as nice and helpful as these chaps.

I always wanted this eversince it came out in the market.

Looks very well-built. No flaws in craftsmanship. Love that it has a rechargeable battery and has bluetooth connectivity. This can be hung on a wall without cords. A functional work of art.

The customer service is king. Will be buying more.

Item was initially delayed due to an issue with the carrier. Really fast response from Cici in customer care who looked into it and then provided regular updates on progress until it arrived.

My player had a problem reading the table of contents. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement part. I was back listening to music in a few days.

Very innovative and attractive unit.The initial several weeks were very frustrating, however. Hooking upthe unit was a piece of cake, but it Bluetooth capabilities, the very crux of the unit, did not function well at all.

Emails to customer service were appropriate and the eventually the issue was resolved.

My cd player arrived perfectly packaged
I had to assemble it but it’s only inserting the mother board on to 4 very strong magnets that hold it in position and put a sliding door in to position
Mine originally had a fault whereby it wouldn’t play my disc
I emailed the company and without too many questions they despatched a new motherboard
These things happen now and again with sensitive electronics with any company
