Buy elsewhere!!!! Shocking customer service. Nobody replies to the emails. One month later, still no teapot!!!! Avoid!!!!

Worst customer service. AVOID! Paid for an electric blanket online on 16th January. It never arrived and I cannot get in contact with anyone who works in the online department. Their customer service is non-existent.

Online shop doesn’t exist, bought a number of items and got an email to say order was placed and money was taken from my account. Didn’t hear anything for a week and a half so sent 4 emails but got no reply. Eventually got a message saying that my order had been cancelled because they have no stock. I have since read the negative comments here ,I only wish I had seen them before I ordered

Do not buy online from this shower i placed an order 3 weeks ago for 3 bulbs they hadnt in stock in the mallow branch when i called in person so i ordred on line 12th jan 25 as they were stock in Rathduff store i asked for them to be shipped out to my address i have emailed and rang them with out reply but as always with this type of company they have taken the money from my account
basically a bunch of thieves and waste of time
no way to run a business and 0 customer service stay clear

I ordered a kettle and two weeks later still had not received the kettle. Emailed multiple times with no response. Phoned multiple times with promises of calls back that never came. Disgraceful customer service. Do not recommend.

Would give 0 stars if I could terrible service. Ordered and paid for a fire pit to be delivered. No sign of the fire pit after 2 weeks so I emailed them. I'm told it's out of stock and will be issued a refund. Should of been issued straight away when the couldn't fulfill the order and the item is still listed as available on their website. Terrible service avoid at all costs

Absolutely disgraceful company. Got half an order of laminate flooring, keep being told it will be delivered but no sign of it, they are now ignoring my phone calls and emails. Avoid at all costs!!

They shouldn't have an online website if they are not delivering orders. Ordered a power washer on 3rd Dec. Over two weeks later, item is not our for delivery. No response to my email sent 3 days ago. No contact phone number. Take this online ordering service down as it does not exist.

Late delivery-Very poor customer service
it is not the late delivery that has annoyed me. It is the limited response from customer service. Initially I had emailed and received no response. Called the number on the website and it doesn’t ring as the mailbox is full. Eventually after several emails I got a response saying they would look into it. Where is the accountability?

Avoid the online experience, customer service is actually a dis-service. 1800 helpline is non existent .
Overall from purchase to failed delivery was a nightmare.

Absolutely dire. Wanted to try a fuel that my usual co-op don't stock, so I ordered a fuel delivery thinking these guys were a proper co-op. It's been six days and I just received a call from a local courier to say they'd be dropping off a pallet in my driveway. My usual co-op take 2 days max and always unload the coal into the bunker and do not charge delivery. Will not be buying from you again

Ordered a wheelbarrow and told it would be 3-5 days, 2 weeks later still no delivery. Company has no phone number nor does it use tracking so its impossible to trace the delivery. Communication is via email and you would be quicker walking.

Save your money and DO NOT USE this company!!!

Middleton store. After waitin 2 months for a replacement item I cancelled the order. Now it seems it will be equally difficult to get a refund. Wonder how they are still in business. KEEP WLL CLEAR is my advice.

Looking for a pressure washer , looked at my local midleton store on line , seen the one I wanted. Rang store 3 times 1 minute 30 second each time .phone rang out . Got a automated America voice .
Went to B&Q ..

Delivery on time. Excellent customer service. I wasn't able to get through on the phone line when checking on my order but the email response was quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Very poor. Made an order, got a confirmation by text.
The next day they cancel my order without even a notification. I had to click back to see the status in the link they sent in the text.
Tried calling to find out why it was cancelled but no answer at any time of day

I always enjoyed going to the co-op store with my mother. The breadth of stock is remarkable.
She bought an electric lawnmower and it was great but when I went to use it this year it didn't work. I wrote to the store and the manager contacted me with such a genuine, empathetic and understanding manner.
He had the battery replaced and the lawnmower is as good as ever.
Great service from the Co-op in Raheen.

Extremely slow delivery , wouldn't have ordered online had I known it takes four days from Cork to Galway

Bought 6 bulbs on-line they send me 4 different ones then ordered without any notice. Now they don't respond for emails.
Poor customer service
First and last purchase from this company. Stay away

Bought a pair of boots online from them during the week & in stock , boots were €15 plus €4.75 P&P ,
got a immediate email confirming and ready to ship to me , money taken from bank straight away , saying I'd have within a week , following day got a follow up email telling me of a refund within 10 day to my bank & I'd have to email them for reason why , long and short of it was they tell me it was a mistake on their behalf and boots were never in stock .
Customer service is practically nil and they just seem to fob their customers off.
I will never ever deal with them again , a joke of a company.
