Thats all you want to do is steel from your customers. You people are nothing but a SCAM. I have tried in every way to resolve this and all you want to do is dump it back on my lap. You had my topper delivered to the wrong address and I check what I did and I had the correct address. This has been going on since December. You just need to reimburse me and get this over with. My stress level can't take anymore. Just do what is right. Order #61545 tracking#JSELY1764417890YQ for $45.98. It's not much to you but it is to me. Do not tell me to contact the tracking # because they are the ones who told me it was delivered to someone else. You screwed up and there is nothing else I can do. It's up to you to send back my money.

Ordered hair topper. was plastic quality and not human hair as described. Total chinese made rubbish! also says ships from Australia. Chinese writing all over the packaging labels plus it took 5 weeks to receive. Contacted them via email through Paypal but they only offered me $8 and then $20. Obviously, I wanted a refund as this item was useless to me or anyone else. It was nothing more than a Holloween witches wig that couldnt possible match anyones real haircolor. Sold as blonde and brown, came as white and black. Received no further contact from seller. Couldnt find any website they were affiliated with but only found Coozyloft under very simular and scam reviews. dont but anything from these Chinese sellers. They are getting rich off us.

Does anyone know the return address of this con company

I ordered from these scammers. Before realising it’s coming from China and the ad they use isn’t there ad. The hair came. Plastic and wrong colour. I wanted to return and they offered me $8. Then $15 and finally $25. To which I excepted and never got. Numourous amounts off emails sent. But they don’t bother responding. £36 lost. I wrote a review on Facebook on the ad they use and they deleted it. Gives you an idea what these are all about.

Avoid at all cost it’s a scam! Nothing like the add for a topper!! more like a Halloween wig!! Won’t reply haven’t been refunded since October 24!!

Do not buy this product. It’s a scam. Hairpiece looks nothing like what they’re showing in the videos. Horrible texture of the hair looks like it’s from a ragdoll. I have sent several emails To Customer Service to return the product and get my money back and they have not replied. And there’s no phone number to customer service.

I wish I had read the reviews befor I got scammed. I ordered a human hair topper, blonde. They sent me a barbie doll textured hair topper...red!

I emailed them to request a return...they offered me 8 dollars and keep the useless hairtopper....I refused, and requested an address to return it to. They will not respond to several emails.
Save your money...do not buy from these scammers.

Terrible, took over a month to arrive, was sent the wrong item that was not fit for purpose. Offered half the money back and PayPal have now closed the case ruling in favour of the seller. £24 down and don’t have the item I ordered

As the person below me also wrote. Ordered guitar phone holder and some cheap phone holder arrived that was nothing like I ordered. I complained and was offered $10 “compensation” I never wanted compensation… I wanted 100% refund OR the item. Clearly they do not sell the product. Scam artists. I got angry and complained again and got offered $15, NO then $20… then finally after threatening legal action, I got an email saying they will refund in full…. AND THEY DID! People like this make me so angry!

I ordered a phone holder for a guitar from Cozy Loft and received some mini phone holder for a car that was very cheap. The package came from a completely different sender and I didn't realize that was what I was supposed to have received. When I emailed them (back and forth 4x now), they first told me to contact the post office until I realized what had happened and then only offered me a $10 credit of the $30 charge. Now that I'm reading the other reviews, I see I am not the only one.

**Updated** - After many emails back and forth, we finally negotiated that they would return $25 of the $29.94 that I spent and they did. They increased their offer by $5 with each email.

I ordered a magnetic guitar iPhone holder.
I received a desktop iPhone holder. It does not fit a guitar nor does the magnetic plate hold a iPhone.
It doesn’t even look like the product on the box that it came in. I have been involved in a back and forth email correspondence with them requesting to return the item that they sent me. I have sent photos of what I received and photos of the product that I thought I was purchasing.
They refuse to supply me with a return address. They offered me a 10 dollar compensation.
So this is the scam.
Take payment, send a completely different product. Offer a small compensation and pocket the difference.
This company should be banned from advertising on social media platforms.
They are 100[% fraudulent.
Buyers beware.
