I bought the Sandringham for our barn conversion, and it fits like a dream. It really strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and elegance. It arrived exactly as promised, and I was genuinely impressed with how well it was packed—everything was very well protected. After seeing it, a friend of mine who runs a boutique hotel was so impressed that he decided to order two for his guest suites after I recommended it.

I felt a bit anxious about ordering something so pricey online without being able to see it first, but the sample service really put me at ease. I went for the polished copper finish, and it’s absolutely stunning. Even the plumber remarked that it was one of the nicest tubs he’s ever installed. Plus, the heat lasts for a long time—no more needing to add hot water halfway through my bath!

Steve was great, helped me a lot in choosing our bath from overseas. Wasn’t the easiest process but it was well managed and soooo worth it ! The bath is so cool and will be much loved party of our new home ! There are so many beautiful ones to choose from it’s hard!

Absolutely great customer service from Steve at the Copper Bath Company. From my first enquiry until delivery, he answered all my questions and queries and kept me informed as to the progress on my bath, even providing me with a tracking number.
The bath looks great, it’s exactly what i needed and was hoping for.
I highly recommend and would order from Steve again in the future.

I placed an order and paid on 5th November and still no product has arrived (16th Jan). I have left several messages and have had no response, no one ever answers the phone. Appalling service. Are they still in business ?
