Copper doesn't do shit for your health. This company and their science is bullshit.None of what they say it will do comes from copper. Bunch of lies to take your money.

Some clothing items in some sizes have not been in stock for over 6 months. In response to queries they say they will be available in October 2024, and then end of January 2025 but still not in stock. Who knows if they are ever going to restock.

The avoid to answer at the questions about where the products are manufactured and by whom or quality certificate! They only sent me the link to them site where it is video about the benefits of copper, we all know them, nothing about the origin and the quality of the products! Uncertainty we can find much cheaper on Amazon!

Very poor communication from this company. Ordered a few bits went to phone the company - no answer. Emails - no response. Social media - no response. However they were able to post on social media and never response which I find very poor and disappointing that no could could respond. Looking at previous reviews this seems to be an ongoing issues

I did receive my order which is great but would think twice about ordering again due to the communication aspects

I ordered a shirt for my husband as a gift for Christmas. The United States Post Office got things screwed up and sent the box back to the company before it even reached back to their destination I contacted the company and a nice young man sent out the same shirt to me by FedEx. Just received it and I'm so happy that it got here before Christmas thank you so much sir. SHIRT is awesome.

Horrendous experience. Almost feels like a scam. Ordered some underwear 6 days ago. Received an email acknowledging that the order had been received. But I have heard absolutely nothing since then. I tried calling several times and it goes straight to voicemail, I emailed with no response, live chat simply does not work and no reply on Twitter either. I clicked on the ‘tracker’ link and 6 days after the order was acknowledged, the item is showing as not even having been picked in the warehouse, let alone labelled or despatched. Hopeless. The worst customer service I have received in years and I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone. I advise you to avoid

The company maintains contact, the products are top notch. They stand by their customer service. Will purchase from them again.

I recently purchased the new copper clothing towels. The tea towel is exceptional, quick drying and great quality. The bath towel I use for my dog again its quick drying and the copper infused in the towel keeps the towel odour and germ free, fantastic!! thank you Copper Clothing, customer service was impressive it's good to pick up the phone and actually talk to someone passionate about their products, thanks Paula

Despite a ruling against them by the ASA, Copper Clothing still over egg the claims for their product. They claim that the mask kills viruses within minutes, something which tests show can take in excess of 20 minutes. They claim their mask are FFP2 rated filtering 99% of airborn contaminants, but FFP2 rating means that 94% of contaminants are filtered. You have to be FFP3 rated to be 99% effective.
The masks feel to be reasonable quality and comfortable but the level of over claiming their effectiveness is misleading and potentially dangerous.

I have three of the four layer masks from Copper Clothing and I love them. They fit so well that my glasses don't steam up, they're really comfortable and unlike most masks that slip down when speaking - these stay in place. I can breathe easily with the mask on and don't get too hot even in high temperatures. They help me to feel safer and I have recommended them to friends who also love them.
I was really surprised to read the negative comments about customer service, in my experience Copper Clothing's customer service couldn't be better.

Absolutely excellent service. Despite a mistake with a reorder they moved swiftly and nothing was an inconvenience to them. Got a sample of their range to try and the products were high quality and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have bought 4 - for myself and family , and everyone likes them.

I am writing this review after using the product for about 4 weeks. I have bought 3 masks, 3 pair of gloves and a pair of copper compression socks. They are amazing and exactly like what they have mentioned on their website. I have suggested this products to my friends and office colleagues. Waiting for pet beds to be in stock, so I can shop for my fur baby.

I purchased from this company 3 masks and two pairs of gloves. My review is difficult because I liked the items. The mask when worn upside down fits really well on my face and adjusts tightness and is light and airy. The gloves I think actually helped with my aching wrist though I bought them for protection and comfort against the virus. I hope they do this, but I am putting my faith in the company's self-promotion and after the following interaction with them, I do not trust the company themselves.

Initially it started with the fact they failed to answer any messages I sent via their website. Then when I contacted them directly via email about a separate safety hazard issue a director contacted me, was very rude, dismissive and accused me of making up what happened and when I responded to say as much, I heard nothing further from them.

The issue was that after wearing one mask only once, I placed it in a copper bowl for around 20 minutes in sunlight to expose it to UV prior to cleaning and it self-ignited and I was left with a useless mask with a burn hole in it. I think this is a potential safety hazard as many people leave reusable masks on dashboards etc. They didn't seem to think it worth a civil response. Very sad.

To show contrast, I also bought masks with Silvadur from Nadlab. The ear loops were uneven and the company was incredibly apologetic, instantly offered a refund or replacement, no quibbles and they were all ears as to suggestions for improvement.

Amazing quality. Comes with all the required information needed like the materials and certificate. Customer service responded within 24 hours as promised! Will 100% recommend to family and friend.

I can’t thank this company enough. I do not like ordering online so I phoned and left a message and thought, no one will call me back, but a lovely helpful young lady called me within the hour, as promised the Face Mask arrived the next morning and I love it and feel so safe now that I can go out. I have to say I have not received such wonderful customer service especially during these times. Thank you thank you copper Clothing

I have bought the copper impregnated mask and gloves from this company.
The mask and gloves are very comfortable to wear and the protection from viruses is very high!
I will purchase these items again as I have Leukaemia and consider the cost to be small for the safety and protection that these items offer me.
I have no hesitation in recommending these items and the company that sell them!

Excellent customer service. Even went out of their way to hand deliver the masks for us to be able to travel on holiday the next day. Excellent quality . Will definitely be recommending

Ordered 2 masks, theycame quickly but did not match the fit shown on the model and the proportions seemed different sat very proud of the face like a beak.

Refused to issue a return or a refund because of corona, and have an misleading notice on the site saying no refunds or returns. This is a lie, consumer rights haven’t changed and these notices are illegal.
