The products aren’t too bad, but the mugs I ordered were not the same as the mugs I was sent. They more closely match a cheaper set, which I didn’t buy.
When I mentioned this, I was told that they were correct. The end.
What rotten customer service.
They said they’d fix the picture on their website, as the product had changed.
To this day, it still shows the product I payed for, not the one I got.
I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

I purchased two bottles from this company very recently, costed me over $100. These guys buy their reviews on their website, that is why they do not have google reviews, they won't give opportunity for the real reviews on a public platform under their website. Their bottles were not received in great condition and the quality was not as I expected, the boxes were scratched and in poor condition, the bottles had scratches on the lid, marks inside the bottle, hair and dust inside the bottles as well. The plastic rubber that goes around the bottle were not in little plastic protection bags and very hard/stiff, they are meant to be softer to prevent spills, but they were quite stiff which I know would make water leak if bottles were used. Not only that, one of the bottles had a dent, and the other one had black sticker foam at the bottom, which was almost coming off, so tacky and unacceptable. The lids do not close smoothly, very rigid and when I emailed them (Palak Dapatel or Radhikaa), I was told to use coconut oil - why would you suggest an inconvenient solution to a problem with a product you sell? I have been asking for a full refund and under Australian consumer law, we are entitled to reject the product as it is not the same quality as advertised, it has not been used and it came damaged. I'm still trying to get my refund, but they keep offering to refund me only 30% of the cost or a replacement, why would I replace a terrible product for another terrible product? Please save your coins and do your research before purchasing anything from them. Let your friends and family know not to trust this brand. They market their products as high end, shiny and the best thing on the market but it's definitely untrue and all their reviews on their website are definitely bought or sponsored, very unauthentic to post a selfie with a bottle as a review.

To say we are dissapointed with the quality of the products and customer service is an understatement.
Rusty damaged taps, dented tumblers and dented dispenser.
All they had to offer, after a heap of back and forth emails, was 10% store credit and a replacement tap.
I negotiated a 10% refund and replacement tap and they ended up not having the tap on hand, what a coincidence, and refunded me 10% and $10 for the tap.
Any decent tap is north of $25 plus shipping.
Stay away from this company, they're a nightmare to deal with!

I really wanted to love this product, especially after reading the claims on the website about premium craftsmanship and quality. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to those expectations.

When my bottle arrived, the overall presentation was disappointing. The packaging looked worn, the foam pad on the base of the bottle appeared uneven and partially peeling away, and the cleaning instructions contained obvious spelling and grammatical errors. Individually these may seem like minor issues, but together they gave the impression of a product that lacked the attention to detail I expected from a premium-priced copper bottle.

I contacted customer service immediately. To their credit, they were polite throughout the process and did offer me a 15% partial refund. However, I had hoped to return the bottle unused for a full refund, as I no longer had confidence in the product based on its overall presentation. My request was declined because they considered the issues to be cosmetic.

I have decided to keep the bottle rather than continue pursuing the matter, but I came away disappointed with both the product and the outcome.

If you’re considering purchasing, I recommend doing thorough research and comparing other brands before making your decision. My experience simply did not reflect the premium quality that I was expecting.
