I placed an order around 6/23/2025, I can't find the confirmation email and I have send 4 emails to the support and have got no response...

The dresses were made horribly and too small. I tried to return them for five days and they ultimately told me they could not return them because it’s against their policy. They have a 14 day policy. They tried to pay me five dollars, then $10, then I am giving me nothing and I am now stuck with the dresses.

After a 1.5 months, my order never arrived. Tracking indicates it aerived in St. John's July 7th where it remained. Company saied that I REFUSED DELIVERY JULY 15. No delivery came. No email confirmation that it left St. JOHN'S. THEY SENT ME EMAIL SHOWING THAT PACKAGE WAS RETURNED BY CANADA POST. I check with Canada Post, they have no record of this delivery.

Do not order anything from this company. SCAMMERS 100%

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT buy from this company. Total scam. It has been over a month and I never received my items. I have contacted them several times and no response. I’m filing a claim through PayPal. Hopefully I get my money back.

I’m still waiting for my order and it’s been over a month. I was given several tracking numbers and it started in Finland, something about China next and then has been in the US for a while now but sitting in Chicago a who knows what the heck is going on. I’d be surprised if I even get it. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, nobody ever gets back to you and it’s just annoying and frustrating. I pretty much gave up on receiving it now.

Zero stars. Just writing to warn everyone that this site is a total scam. I’ve experienced the same as others. Six weeks in still haven’t received order. Origin was Italy. Arrived in the US and stalled indefinitely in NY. Then the origin was China. And so on and so forth. STAY AWAY.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy from this store. I’ve had different tracking numbers sent. One says it’s coming from China and another from Italy! Lol. Now they tell me to check with shipping companies in Canada because they don’t have the correct address. Put the tracking number in every Canadian possible delivery company and nope no one has it! It is a scam do not purchase. I closed my credit card and got a new number to make sure no fraud took place and my bank will be dealing will be honoring my dispute and I’ll get my money back. Let me save you the time and hassle, don’t order from here.

I have ordered the face hair removal and have not received it. And did not get a tracking number so how long do it take to receive your order

I give them a -0. I've been sent a pair of glasses 3 times. I didn't order them. This is terrible. I'm getting the police involved. There is no return address. I sent them back to whom they came from. I have notified my bank and all c cards. Please watch who you deal with. It's a scam even though I've never been on their sight.

I stupidly purchased those cute romper dresses shown all over Facebook. I ordered 2, charged me for a third dress. They arrived but were nothing like they were advertised, supposedly stretchy, support in the top part of the dress...
They are not true to size, a 4x is maybe a medium and a 2x is extra small at best. I tried to return them which is quite an ordeal as you have to contact their customer support, mail images of SKU codes etc in jpg only. After doing this, still no return label or address.
Their reply was maybe you can give them away to someone!! Then offered me 7 dollars US( I paid 50 us) and then said "I hope you accept this and good luck"
Moral of the story... never purchase off Facebook for anything... lessen learned.

The images of the boxer shorts and sizing are extremely bad and mismatched. I wear XL and they are maybe a medium when ordered. They don't fit well. If they are going to sell to North American market, manufacture and size by North American standards. There is nowhere on the company site that they are from China. I would never order from them due to this issue with clothing from the.

Okay. I am obsessed with these shoes. I love these type of slip on sneakers, they are super casual and cute and just fun. These are a bit pricier than what I normally spend for these type of sneakers, BUT I wear my other ones so often, so I thought I'd splurge a bit.

Well made good fit and delivered on time. Nice dress shoe for kids.

I actually purchased this for a craft project and it is perfect!
