Slow delivery of Care Refresh Plan
Shipping the drone went great and fast. Emailing me the DJI Care plan code was very slow and would have been missed unless I had actively requested it.
The slow delivery of the code resulted in a tedious process to get DJI to verify the drone before accepting the code and the Care plan. This is because the code must be entered within 48 hours of the drone being activated.
The code should have been sent when the product was posted away.

We’re pleased to hear the drone shipment itself was fast and smooth, but we’re sorry for the delay in sending the DJI Care code and the frustration this caused. You’re absolutely right that the 48-hour activation window is critical, and the delay led to unnecessary extra steps with DJI verification, which is not the experience we aim to deliver.
Your comments have been taken on board, and we agree that Care plan codes should be issued at the point of dispatch to avoid exactly this situation. We’re already reviewing our internal process to ensure this is handled more consistently going forward.

I had (what I thought) a technical issue with my Matrice 4E Enterprise.
Following an email Tom from Coptrz called me and within 2 minutes talked me through both my issues.
I can't underestimate the value of having that type of expertise only a phonecall away and setting your mind at rest.

Course title is misleading
I purchased the “Mastering the Mavic 3M” course expecting operational training on the drone, including controller setup and mission planning. The course contains none of this and is mostly basic multispectral theory. I stopped as soon as I saw that and asked for a refund, but customer service refused even though the content doesn’t match the title. Course feels misrepresented and support wasn’t helpful.
Update:
In their response they claimed I “fully completed” the course, which isn’t true. I stopped very early once I realized it didn’t include any of the operational training the title implies. That was the entire reason I purchased it.
I also noticed they offered help with the controller publicly here, but that wasn’t offered at all when I reached out privately asking for support, which is a bit odd.
Posting this so others have an accurate view of my experience.

We always aim to ensure our course titles and descriptions reflect the learning outcomes accurately, and your comments will be reviewed internally so we can continue improving both the clarity and the quality of our training content.
I can also see that you raised a request for a refund. However, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, once a course has been fully completed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund. I appreciate this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we do have to follow the policy consistently for all learners.
That said, we’d still really like to support you in getting the value you expected. If there are specific areas of operational use, controller setup, or workflow planning you’d like further guidance on, our team would be more than happy to point you towards additional resources or answer any questions you still have.

I took the A2 COFC course with Coptrz, it was well laid out easy to follow with plenty of online videos. I had to contact them with a little query ref my flight log book, they were very helpful and put me on the right track. Fully recommended for a course to upgrade your drone skills.
